I always do laundry late night to try to avoid the crowds. Parking is absolutely an issue with maybe 7 spaces in front and maybe 8 between both sides of the building. 2 on the right side, 6 on left side. People have to park wherever they can which is very challenging topeople entering/exiting. The back is also very small, kinda tight if you get more than 1 vehicle trying to come through at once. Expansion would be ideal or additional parking elsewhere close by would be ideal. Other than that I love it. Rose is just absolutely amazing and always so helpful and Attentive. Very hard worker. Always extremely well kept inside and outside as well.

I give this the 5 star because my wife and I come in early and the lady Holly that works morning was SOoo pleasant and funny ? We use to go to another laundry mat and you meet people sometimes. Holly was very sweet and caring and we appreciate the awesome service and smile she has! I seen the other reviews and thought to myself. These are not true for her. She is a nice lady and looks like she very much enjoys her job and the people that are nice to her as well! Thank you Ms.Holly we Will be back for sure

The laundromat was clean (including bathroom) and everything seemed to be working. I'd say that's about as good as it gets for a laundromat. Has the equipment to handle mega loads, like comforters.

Tried to change this to one star, wouldn't let me. Would give no star if I could not only because worst customer service experienced in any business, but also because owner doesn't seem to care if she is so rude. Apologizes but does nothing about it. Most businesses would fire her on the spot once they made sure complaints were accurate.Very rude, hostile day shift lady. Be better to have no attendant than to have her. Dryers work great. Washing machines sometimes, but other times so dirty they got my clothes dirtier. Had to rewash them in another washer. Dirt collects in front of machines under black rubber ring and attendants don't clean them. If you go day shift have to deal with extremely rude lady, worst I've had to deal with in any other business. Because most people don't like to go when she is there other shifts place is too crowded. Has bathroom and tv's, but don't ask day shift lady to change station. She will go off on you. Called owner to complain about her because she was so extremely rude and hostile. He said glad you talked to her. She has worked for him a long time. Saw her one time when he was there. She was completely different, very friendly. As soon as he was gone, back to hostile and rude. He wants to keep someone like her, fine, take my business somewhere else. Some of her response to my polite request to change station was, " Bossy, bossy bossy, have to totally rearrange my schedule now." Wow!! Needless to say I was shocked such rudeness by an employee.

The renovated store is REALLY nice! It's clean, bright, and open. There are lots of folding tables and machines of varying sizes. I needed to wash a bunch of band uniforms and was able to do them all in the 80lb machines. It was a great time saver. Holly, the attendant, was super helpful as well.

Woman working on site told my disabled friend with autism she was acting crazy and talking down to her because she was getting slightly frustrated with the dryer not reading her card. I tried to explain the situation to her and she said ver batum "if she's disabled she should wear a tag around her neck".

Kinda pricey but well kept large machines that take cards so you don't have to pump quarters into them

Very clean and friendly faces. Equipment new, reliable, and won't break the bank. Many services available. There is even free wifi for those still on the limited plans. Definitely my first choice in the area, located just across from the skate and bike park. Can drop off the kids, unless they help with the chores!

The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to! Washers and dryers are newer and work very well. Staff is very friendly and are constantly cleaning and working the entire time. Won’t go anywhere else?

I moved my laundry from the washer to the dryer. I laid my clothe bags in the empty cart Next to the dryer, Went back to get my clothes out of the dryer to find my bags in the Trash can. Many available carts but the lady there said she thought they were garbage they were rude and I didn't appreciate the Attitude. Did I mention there was only two customers and me.

My apartment does not have a washer or dryer unit for me so I was really grateful to hear that their was a laundromat close by. The staff are mostly friendly and/or approachable. It's always really clean and different sizes in washers. The best part about it is that I can use a card. Definitely recommend!

I love washing here, and the drop-off laundry service is great it's inexpensive they fold or hang clothes up. free wifi tvs, you can use debit and credit cards on the machines it has a bill to bill changer, and bills to quarter being open 24hrs is very convenient. The washing area and bathroom are always clean. Plenty of parking. Staff are pleasant and professional.

Prices average. Good its open 24 hours but no hot water for washers and they don't clean clothes properly.
