Typically they do a decent job. But today I went in for a removal at 6 and was turned away because they were “closed” - 4 techs sitting around and the sign on the door said 7. Kinda disappointed.

I got the sugar scrub. appointment at 2:30 and 2:45 was done. my heels weren't even taken care of. no lotion on my feet, nothing. $50 out the door. 2nd time I've had a terrible pedicure here. terrible! won't be back.

They seem to be in a big hurry at this place. I went for a manicure and a pedicure with my daughter, and they clipped my toenails down so far that they bleed and hurt when I walk they are also extremely expensive. I’m sure there’s many other places that would actually take their time and care about what they’re doing I probably will not return.

This use to be the place to go. Sad at our last visit. Unfriendly and mediocre service. We'll do our own nails before coming back.

With great disappointment I would have to give SPA nails one star. Linda clearly showed discrimination against me as well as another customer when I came in to make an appointment.They said no we'll take you mow and after getting Pedi I waited over an hour. Linda proceeded to service two others over me without appointments. Prior to this visit the service was good when I came with my co worker. Back to Friday Then when I finally got Mani she sent me to.Sam I was told I didn't have powder Linda gave me acrylic not powder. Note she said it was powder which I
requested the last time I was in . She changed and gave me a different service and charged me for the price of the service I asked for.. It's really sad because I did like this place prior. But with these unfair treatments and the owners disregard of customers request this is mistreatment. I really anticipated same service I had before. Note thanks to Sam and Yan for service. Linda please treat all customers equally and fairly. Note the US currency you received is all the same when you received it.
I didn't appreciate your behavior and selected treatment towards me.

Have always used this salon took my daughter in today to get nails done and got turned away lol I will now be looking for a new permanent salon and they will no longer get any of my money every two weeks

Sugar pedicure with gel and two acrylic toe nails.75.00 dollars?! This was the most expensive pedicure yet cheapest pedicure I have ever received. I feel as if I was over charged By 10.00 dollars I know I0.00 is not a whole lot but this is bad business and as a cosmetologist I know that word of mouth is everything. So my advice to others is watch your receipt. Because I can receive a deluxe pedi for this this with the acrylic in Indiana!Client bewareService: Pedicure
