Tina and Alli were incredible! They greeted me as soon as I entered the Boutique and Tina could help me right away as I walked in! I loved the suggestions and opinions of the attire that I tried upon checking out. Tina and Alli are extremely friendly and delivered excellent customer service. I felt comfortable speaking to them as they are so knowledgeable and offer great advice! I can't wait to visit again!

If you have not been in since it was sold, let me tell you, its a beautiful, calm peaceful Vibe. Its restyled to feel more Boutique like. The overall feeling is warm and welcoming, you will not regret this Stop on your weekend out with the girls!There is no way you will not find something to fit your personal style whether its for the home or for yourself. The unique brands they carry, are always changing,, I never know what High End Brand I will run across!Its my Thursday after work treat.

I loved and supported this shop from the beginning! I sold hundreds of dollars in clothes and never took money out—spent it all in new items there! I introduced many friends to the shop and have family members who also shop there regularly. I had a large sum of money on my account and was encouraged by previous employees to keep it in my account and spend it. They KNEW I was pregnant. I told them before publicly announcing (we were first name basis—regulars.) I wasn’t coming as much for a bit because they don’t have maternity clothes. I went in today to check my account and hoping to get some new post-baby clothes and spend what I had left and it was gone. The previous owner STOLE $61 from me before selling the shop. There was never an issue with my money being left in my account and spending it slowly. If there was some “policy” about it “absorbing” after so long, there’s NO excuse for not calling a loyal customer to let them know there is a large amount that needs to picked up by a certain date. My husband went in to buy me gifts, even, during that time frame and never touched my account because it was mine to spend. The new owner is sweet as can be and the shop is beautiful with great items/prices, but I will not be back, as there’s no reason to take money from your consigners without notice of time running out to get it.

The store has a wide variety of items to choose from, including clothes, shoes, accessories, furniture, and home decor.The items are in good condition and are priced fairly.The staff is friendly and helpful.The store is clean and well-organized.

I came here accidentally with trying to help my daughter sell her old jeans etc. this store does not buy your clothes directly, but they will examine your stuff, took whatever they think is in the season and good for sell, and once they sell, you get 50% of the list price. The lady worked there is very nice, and this is my first time doing this. I come back after 3 weeks, and only one of my daughter's Jean been sold and she got 11 dollars! Hahaha!

What a great little consignment shop in Florence, with a cute boutique vibe! A friend suggested I take my consignment-bound clothing items to Soul Unique, and I'm so glad I did because I have fallen in love with this cute little shop! They have a good selection of quality items, new items every day, and there's something for everyone. The staff was great, and they made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. It's clear they have many regular customers who love to shop there, and who seem to enjoy just being there. It's also become a regular stop for me when I want to find something new, or just browse around in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. Their cute displays offer great ideas for various ways of putting together outfits, too! If you're thinking about visiting this shop, do it! You'll be happy you stopped in!

Hands down, not only competitive pricing, but truly genuine people. This was my first time there and probably my favorite and best first impression in any small business. The owner was there working side-by-side with her co-worker and they were extremely busy and neither one we're distracted from the most important thing which was the client. They welcomed me with open arms made me feel at home and very confident about what I was choosing to buy and where. Very uplifting and empowering for women especially those that are having a not-so-pretty day LOL. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed!
