Went in today to get school shoes for my high school aged child. The employees are rude, especially the older blonde lady. She acted like I was bothering her. I was just checking out. Never again will I shop here. 😒

Employees are extremely rude & lazy. The lady with shoulder length hair blonde highlights glasses & piercings is especially lazy, she acted disgusted that a customer would ask for assistance & she would actually have to be productive instead of just lean on the counter, but she’s quick to give attitude.

Went shopping there today and upon checking out the sales person was very rude to a customer. It was some very older short white lady, she asked the customer what there phone number is and the client stated she didn’t have one registered with them. Instead of being polite and letting her know she can save money if she signed up she proceeded to say “You know people like you, the Hispanic never have there numbers registered. You people need to start doing something about it.” I can not believe I witnessed discrimination like that, you guys hire these type of people and let them treat your customers like that. Very disappointed no one ever has to be treated like that.

Salespeople were rude and not helpful at all. They were snotty and acted like they didn't want my money so I went to the Shoe Carnival.

Managers are rude, the employees are rude. Everyone there is incompetent and i will be calling hr for the way they treat their customers.

I went in and picked out 4 pairs of shoes. Went to pay using Google Pay. Kept saying bad tap. I had just used my tap pay in the mall 5 min prior. I asked the cashier to try a different machine and she said nothing was wrong with the machine, she just doesn't know, and put her hands up staring at me. Wasn't willing to ask a manager or try another machine. I walked out and 2 minutes later bought the same shoes at Journeys. Tap pay worked fine. Pretty sure their machine was messed up.

We picked out a pair of converse that had 2 other colors beside them and all three had a piece of paper attached to display that said “was 59.99 now 41.99”. We check out and right before getting receipt I realize she said $60+. I brought up the sales sign. Another worker chimes in and says they are $60 we will need to check. So I showed them the sign, she read all 3 signs and tore them down and suddenly determined they were definitely $60. After simply stating that seemed to be false advertisement (already purchased the shoes and was getting kids to leave) she takes the box and slams it down and starts arguing what false advertisement is and that it wasn’t and flinging arms with the sale signs. I gathered the children and left to deescalate the situation. She screams to the other worker “it already charged her card” so I turned around embarrassed at this behavior and got a full return. Her disrespect in front of my children and other shoppers and employees was completely unnecessary when the purchase was already complete and was simply showing the sign. I never once asked for the discounted price or stated anything towards the workers. Very disappointed with this customer service.

Good shoes at a good price. Lady at checkout was very nice. Not where you would go for the latest fashions or the current trendy name brands, but 5-stars for affordable shoe store.

Nice, the prices are very comfortable and you can choose the shoe you want from different brands, but the only thing is that at the checkout there are only 2 cashiers and they are very slow, and they queue too much
