Dr Secter"s practice is skillful and efficient. We have been using this clinic since 1996. They have been compassionate and thorough through so many of my animals. The best part is the small town care you cannot find anywhere else. Through partnerships with specialists and other clinics, you'll never find yourself searching for available appointments or sitting in the pup ER for hours.

We have a shepard husky mix (Shepski). Our dog was 12.5 yrs old when he was diagnosed with a tumor on his pancreas (very rare) and given 1 month to live. Dr Secter, provided calm, cool, compassionate guidance. He gave us ideas for dietary treatments, and helped us learn how to monitor our dogs health. With dietary treatment, our dog was able to live 17+ months with a good quality of life. More over, we were able to spend 17 more months with him.Dr. Secter's compassion and caring made all the difference in how we approached our dogs sickness. Had we listened to other vets, we would have never gotten that time with him.

The staff and vets actually care for the animals. My husband and his family have been taking their dogs here for 25+ years to Dr Secter.

I rated 5 stars because Shelby Street Animal Clinic took excellent care of my dog, Riley, throughout her entire life. He always offered affordable options and compassionate care. When she received a diagnosis, he did a great job explaining to us what her test results meant. There is no other vet that we trust more.

Took 2 of my animals there now, and I'm so happy I found them thru a friend. Very affordable for nky area, the doctor is very nice and friendly. I will continue to go here as long as I live in this area.

My little dog is 15 years old, he had right sided heart failure. Instead of doc trying to get all the money he could and use my hurt and love for my baby against me he gave me options. Well today my baby had is follow up and thanks to these people he’s doing much better. The doc and his nurses and so sweet and supportive. Thank you guys for being there and taking care of my baby.
