I AM TAKING MY RECOMMENDATION BACK! I have previous expreiences with a hair dresser by the name of Tanya Montanez. She ownes her own spot at Salon Concepts. She does a great job and obviously cares about not making a mess of your hair. However i had an appt with her on April 21st and she reschedules me an hour before my appt for the next Sat the 28th. I was a little upset but thats ok things happen. So she text me at 10am saturday of the new appt and asks me to meet her at Salon Concepts at 1130am i was there and i sat there for an hour all the while she NEVER SHOWS UP YALL! AND...She ignored all of my texts and calls (i was worried something may have happened to her she tells me an hour before my appt she will be there and then theres nothing but silence from her end) so information has been given to me by one of her friends that she had blown me off to hang out with her buddies etc. and i still have yet to hear from her.... Just Wow....So instead of telling me she couldnt make it to do my hair she leaves me to sit and wait on her and then ignore me wtf. I have only lived in Kentucky for 1 year and i barely know this girl shes done my hair twice and these are the only two times we have been around each other so we arent friends. she did a good job both times she did my hair but the professionalism and reliability is definitely not here with this one. So i have rescheduled my appt with another girl at Salon Concepts we will see how this goes.
