They only got one star because I had to choose. They ought to be ashamed and embarrassed. Save your $ and time go some where else. Because your going to hate the work I can almost guarantee it.
I think the should redo her nails. She's 16 works hard to pay for her own nails. She don't deserve to be ripped off by some inexperienced nail tech. Had I been there she def wouldn't had been walking out with nails like this. They got over on a minor, I promise you she won't be back!!

Stylist: Should really consider practicing on plastic hands a little longer. This kind of nail service is just bad business. ?

Best pedicure ever! I highly recommend asking for Mike, who took his time with the Euro Spa pedicure; gel polish. Moved here from out of state last year, having tried several places over the last six months, then landed here. Mani/Pedi with gel polish.
My second trip I had him do acrylic nails - they're flawless!!

I got a pedicure for the FIRST TIME EVER. As a 13 year old i will at WORST PEDI EVER. When she put my feet in water it was boiling hot I asked if she could turn it down a bi she didn’t even acknowledged me. she cut into my toe and it was bleeding but she didn’t even wipe it off or nothing she just went back to whatever she was doing. I know the toe seperator has to be used but it made my feet purple. To rough with my feet and it started peeling. Had to take the polish off because she did a sloppy job. NAIL POLISH WOULDNT COME OFF. Then when I took them out they were all messed up paint came off. Never going again. Last time I got my nails done here it was sloppy nails came off in a week.

I’d be very cautious when getting your nails done here. I will not knock the quality, the nails always look good. But about a year or two ago I was an extremely loyal customer to this nail salon. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Came for a fill in, or new set EVERY two weeks. Never complained. Never asked for a discount. Never treated them badly. ALWAYS TIPPED THEM, All that. I even brought them NEW customers. Until one day I went in, and got a fill in with a new lady that I had never seen before. They looked okay, not the best, but I didn’t want to complain as I loved coming here. So I paid, TIPPED, and went on about my day. It was about 3-4 DAYS later and every single one of my nails had popped off completely. So I went in with the nails in a baggy, and told them what had happened. I didn’t ask for a free set, I simply asked if they could do a new full set at a discounted price. They told me absolutely not because “how do we know you didn’t pry them off yourself, just to get a free set or save some money”. I was appalled. Why would I ever do that !? Why would ANYONE ever do that !? I obviously had the money to afford a new set at full price, I was there EVERY TWO WEEKS FAITHFULLY !!!! So I asked them if they realized how ignorant that sounded, and if they understood how badly it would hurt, and mess my nails up to sit and pry off a FULL SET of acrylic nails. Not to mention my nails underneath looked absolutely FINE. Not like I had just ripped off a set of acrylics. I looked like a complete KAREN the way I was arguing with these people. They literally laughed in my face, and called me a liar in front of a salon full of people, and told me I would have been better off had I glued a few of the nails back on before coming in. I was in shock at how they could treat a LOYAL CUSTOMER that way, and so I left, and have not been back in 1 or 2 years now. I’d say take your money somewhere else. That was absolutely appalling, rude, unacceptable, and terrible customer service. They are more worried about money than they are the customers, and fixing THEIR mistakes. At the end of the day I’d say going here is totally not worth it. Just my experience with this Salon, and my opinion.

gave me an ingrown nail. woman was rude and awful at her job. the guys were at least nice ..... never coming back here. was so hot and uncomfortable

I went there yesterday and was not happy with my nails at all the color I picked she didn’t use she used a lighter shade, I asked for coffin shaped and she got overzealous when filing now my nails look crooked bc one side is Angled way more than the other. She didn’t talk to me at all other than to say go wash, and $50 dollars. Instead she spoke in a different language to her coworker. They were not very friendly or inviting. The nails are so thick it’s not even funny. The items she used to do my nails were definitely not sanitary, I’m gonna wait a few days go somewhere else have them removed and redone. Would not recommend them at all. After my nails were painted she then filed all the edges again, when she first started them she did not clean off my nails before adding the acrylic. It’s frustrating because I only get my nails done a couple times a year and this experience was awful!

First time I went to this place. Two days after I got my nails done, the polish in several places came off. I have been getting my nails done for years. I went in today and didn't want to get gel again (if it came off again, I wouldn't be able to get it fixed until after Thanksgiving), so I did the dip. Instead of charging me the difference in price, they wanted me to pay full price. They were also mocking me and telling me I was trying to get something for free. No integrity. Very unethical in business. I explained the gas money and the extra 2 hours I had to spend getting it fixed in the first place. They didn't care. Like I said, extremely unethical and disgusting how they run their business.

Just got my nails done here & they did a fantastic job I was very pleased with the time it took them to get done & especially with them being able to replicate the design I wanted perfectly ❤️. As well as they did whiched only costed me $55 dollars, so I got a great nail service for a great price. I will always be coming back there for all my manicures & pedicures.?Service: Acrylic nails

This experience was absolutely horrible. I had came here before and was charged a extra 5 dollars to my card and called. And the lady doing my nails was being very rude and aggressive I asked her for french tips and was asking about how I could get them done and the prices and she started yelling and being very disrespectful to me she she never once changed the file or cleaned anything.she continued to be very disrespectful towards me. I would never recommend this place to anyone I did not even want to pay her absolutely ridiculous.
