I just want to say thank you to everyone at this store for always being so nice and helpful when I'm in there! But I really wanted to ask if someone with this company could go find Denise at the Florence store and make her the Queen Employee For Life! She has had more patience with me than I even have for myself! I'm difficult, indecisive and easily distracted which makes me the absolute worst customer ever but she has never even slightly seemed annoyed with me, she's answered every question in detail and then reanswered when I start repeating myself bc I'm in information overdrive and can't retain anything! She's answered all my calls and emails and I just really can't explain what it feels like to have someone not seen frustrated with me even when I'm frustrated with myself! We need more people like Denise in this world! ❤️

Had an excellent experience. Couldnt believe the gentleman that helped me was in training!! Brock was very helpful I even asked how long he'd been a manager, shocked me to death when he said he'd only been there a few days!! Keep up the great work and you'll be a manager before you know it! Will definitely bring my business back to your store.

Recently my husband and were looking around for affordable appliances.We had seen or heard an ad for the affordiability of American Freight.So after entering the busy store, we were happy to look around freely and when we had questions the staff member Denise was quick to answer our questions and Brock, also a staff member quickly checking to be sure what we wanted was available , a microwave,stove and few days later we came back for washer and dryer.It was the quick and knowledgeable staff that that made the experience worth comming back. I appreciate the patience of them as our younger ones kinda run around.

We were greeted by Denise. We were looking for a mattress. She showed us what you had in stock and was able to answer our questions. She knew a lot about them. It was a nice change to go in to a store, get quick and thorough service. We will be back.

American Freight is by all means one of the best furniture stores I personally have ever walked into.....great sales team but not overbearing or super pushy...they give you your space but are immediate to answer any and every question you could have....great selection of many different appliances....prices are amazing and from the salesperson on the floor to the delivery guys are just great people...nice, courteous, helpful and funny...Denise and Bill are just the best....wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for in our price range and did an amazing job at doing so...I recommend American Freight to anyone shopping on a budget that wants nice furniture and a pleasant experience while doing so....So stop in next time for all your furniture needs....Great people with great attitudes at a professional level.
