I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how this salon treated me. Ryley Grau was extremely discriminatory towards me. I asked for a very short fluffy hair look, and I was told “I don’t do mens cuts on women.” In 2023, if I am paying you, why do you care? She completely ruined my hair, I was given a choppy, Karen cut. I have prom soon and this has extremely changed my situation. I am heavily disappointed and frustrated with how they treated me here. If you want a hair cut AT ALL, do NOT go here because apparently a short hair cut means you’re a man.

Love the Stylist, Amy. Best stylist I've ever had. Amy made me feel so welcome. Her attitude, her knowledge, her overall performance is amazing. I’ve been going to Jordan Ware for years and I frankly do not trust anyone else with my hair. Her cuts and colors and conversation are immaculate. I always give her total creative control and I always leave so happy! 11/10
