AWFUL customer service. Refused to fill my prescription. Told me it cost them money every time they tried to run it thru my insurance. Insurance said that is not true. And after that they told me they were refusing to fill my prescription they said they would be happy to transfer my prescription somewhere else. I’ve never once been angry and rude when calling, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for this inhaler I need to breathe properly. I just wanted some help. I was back and forth with them and insurance 4 of 5 times today. Last week they were supposed to call the insurance’s pharmacy help desk and call me back and no one ever bothered to call me. It’s been a disaster since day one. I wanted to give my business to a smaller pharmacy, something that felt more local/close to home but I absolutely cannot believe how I was treated.

Recently very unprofessionalEvery time we call in our RX’Sthe person on the phone says they will be done tomorrow.Then the next day we have to sit and wait.I hope they get organized soon. I’ve noticed two young boys there lately. The good news for us is school will be back in by the time we need RX’S again. Never had trouble before this summer. Three different times now or I wouldn’t complain.

I have been using this pharmacy since the beginning of me taking any kind of meds they are the best they go out of their way to treat you kind and help you and I'm just sorry that Gail doesn't work but one day a week now but these people are super awesome

Ruwe Family Pharmacy is the absolute BEST. They truly are a family owned company that cares about the people they serve. The agency I work for cares for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, along with many other complex diagnoses, so we communicate with the pharmacy on a daily basis. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help our individuals and it means the world to us!
