It is impossible to get a hold of this agent. I tried to canceled the policies because of the horrible customer service experience and found 3 months later that the insurance in the home was never canceled, it was a nightmare and waste of time to be able to cancel the auto policy also.

If I could rate her 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, doesn’t answer calls, doesn’t answer emails and if you do get lucky to get a response it’s like talking to a brick wall. (A response is important when you’re an insurance agent) go to anyone else but her. Be aware

I had (have actually, on going) AllState Ins for my house in Paradise CA. Lost the house and everything I owned in it 11/08/18 #CAMPFIRE. AllState has been amazing! Re- located, right after the fire to KY. Contacted Rebecca at AllState in KY for coverage on my new house. She too has been amazing, understanding, sympathetic and all around super easy to work with. Helpful too, very helpful! Thank You!

This is not so much a review about Rebecca, but Allstate has become a cold, fully automated, automaton with no concern for customers whatsoever. I am 53 years old and an Allstate customer all of my adult life. I have had multiple issues with cars not removed from policies after they were sold (never call to cancel - always email). They claim they keep no records of phone calls ( CONVENIENT ). When I tried email and they ignored me, they had no record of that correspondence associated with my account. I had to continually waste my valuable time to prove my transactions because they have no CRM system to track customer interactions. Is this an accident? I think not. If they can string you along for 3-4-5-6 months, that's more revenue for them for doing NOTHING. After wasting valuable time and resources trying to recover an over charge, I finally lost it and started shopping around. Only then did I find how badly I had been over charged. When I cancelled 3 cars and my homeowners, after so many years as a customer, they didn't even inquire as to why. Don't waste your time with Allstate. 20+ years as a dedicated customer means absolutely nothing to these fools. They will go the way of Sears.
