Needed a "white" Bengals shirt and Rally House had a great selection. This one was reasonably priced. Love that it has to he Bengal tiger on it! The employees were friendly and helpful.

I have been to several locations and every location has been more than helpful. My lastest experience was no exception. I was looking for a certain thing and they knew just where it was and I was in and out very fast.

The store has SO much to offer, I love it. I was greeted when I came in, found what I needed and browsed, the only off-putting thing that happened was the young lady at the register literally did not acknowledge me when I came up, even after I quietly said "hi" thinking she didn't notice me.
She ended up calling up a friend/coworker to say something but she ended up telling him she'd "tell him later" and THEN she acknowledged and took care of my transaction. Whatever she was saying had nothing to do with me, clearly she heard some kind of news that distracted her - but it was so awkward, had I not really wanted my chosen item for an event, I probably would have probably just left after being ignored and looked over.
The more helpful colleagues just weren't around to witness it. Doesn't deter me from shopping there, just an opportunity to coach your employees <3

If no starts was possible in this case I would prefer that. Just came through and got three spicy chickens, on two cheese was not melted and one tasted like it was frozen. Please start serving fresh food

Have been in here many times. Employees Presley, Polly and Jaxson have always been quite helpful and friendly. Top of the line gear as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best gear in town!

Everytime I come into rally house i’m treated greatly by presley and polly. They are such great workers and give off such kindness in their smiles and work ethics. So glad to see teenagers who work hard
