It was such a joy to work with Potter House Group, Inc to build our custom home. The entire process was so smooth and our house is exactly what we wanted it to be. Lee, Jennifer, Andrea and all of the contractors were so helpful through the entire process, we could not have asked for a better team. We absolutely love our house and would recommend Potter House Group, Inc to anyone wanting to build their custom home!

When my husband and I started looking at who we wanted to build our house, we had a few builders in mind. We decided to set up an appointment with three of them and we met with Lee Rickey first. After meeting with Lee, my husband and I automatically knew that we didn’t want to meet the other two because we knew Lee was the one. He truly impressed us with how honest and organized he was throughout the whole building process. He was very hands on and communicated with us very well to the end. He and his team did a phenomenal job on our home and we couldn’t be happier with his work. We have been in our home for two years now and are still very happy. I couldn’t recommend him enough. We cannot say enough about our experience building with Potter House Group. Lee and his team were professional, honest, and responsive. Unlike a lot of larger builders, the process with PHG was very transparent in terms of building and material costs. We could not be happier with the quality and workmanship of our custom home! We can’t say enough about Lee Rickey and Potter House Group. If you are looking for a great builder then look no further. We had some kind of a vision of what we wanted for a new home but the end result was beyond our expectations. Our home is beautiful because of their expertise, guidance, patience, honesty, kindness and a strive for perfection on their part. We spent quite a lot of time looking for a builder and interviewing the ones we felt would be the best fit for us. Lee Rickey (owner of Potter House Group) immediately stood out above all the others. His honesty and integrity are off the charts.Our build was a “long distance” one and we knew from the beginning we would not be able to check up on things or pop over to see what had gotten done. Lucky for us, Lee did not need to be “checked up on”! He was amazingly organized from the get go-his sub contractors were great-neat, clean and very respectful of our new property and home. Lee was great about working around our schedule and was always available to discuss things. Any issues were promptly taken care of, and even after the build, he is quick to pick up his phone. We learned early on-if Lee said he was going to do something-he did it-and he did it quickly-it was done. That is hard to find in any business.Lee and his crew definitely went above and beyond, which is a rare thing in the contractor/builder world. It was a very personal, one-on-one experience where I truly believed his main goal was for us to be happy with not only the outcome, but with the overall experience. I would definitely build with him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

We meet with a couple of contractors, and when we meet Lee it was a fit instantly. We have been in our home now a little over a year, and we couldn’t be more happy. The building process was new to us and Potter House Group took away any concerns and worrying we had. Lee saw my vision and could actually pick choices that I agreeed with if I wasn’t there. The integrity and quality of workmanship is why we picked Lee to fulfill our dream.

My wife and I hired Lee Rickey to build our lake home at a difficult and remote location. We knew that we would not be able to visit the jobsite with any regularity, and had to trust that our builder was doing a good job. Without exception, Lee and his team went above and beyond expectations. Deadlines were always met, craftsmanship was excellent, and Lee's responsiveness to our questions or changes was almost immediate. He utilizes the Buildertrend website and app, which provides complete transparency into the cost of the project along with a number of other great features. We found Lee to be an honest, sincere, and dedicated builder. He created a dream vacation house for our family that will be enjoyed for many years to come. I would highly recommend Potter House Group.
