It is not a branch, just a “sales” office. They couldn’t open an account without errors that I had to go elsewhere to fix. That was after they forgot to call me for 11 days. I advise going to a real branch that provides service. The person in charge obviously has an agenda of deciding who is worth their time. They should have told me up front they didn’t want to help me get an account established.

They no longer have anyone to help just ATM to take fees What people left in there don't want to talk or help anyone

No drive thru, no tellers, go atm and can only make deposits. Had to get out and go to indoor atm which was inconvenient and no privacy because there were 2 other people waiting on atm.

What "bank"?! Went in on April 13 2023 to withdrawal funds. No tellers at the counter, but was met on the floor just one step inside the door. Yikes. Yasmin told me the bank is trying to have "longer conversations" to draw customers into the bank, and starting tomorrow they arent doing withdrawals inside. She tried to direct me to the ATM. Laughable. Like I can't imagine a single person who has time to spend at the bank, let alone WANTS TO. Needless to say I left, and will never return to this bank. Consider it solely an ATM location.

PNC Mount Zion is a fake Bank doesn't have any tellers nothing to do with money except for ATMs that's it. Just a heads up for anyone stopping in there

This has been my bank for 18 years, and I am proud to say so. Every time I interact with them - inside or in the drive through - they are helpful and super courteous. Not sure when or how the bad reviews could’ve happened because I’ve never experienced anything remotely similar to their complaints.

The fees are ridiculous mobile says 22 dollars then next day I’m overdrawn 293$ and nothing new hd came out the system they use makes no sense gotta get away from them

I can’t wait to switch banks. No one here wants to work. If you go inside it’s like pulling teeth to get what you need done to be done. They are rude. I mean I know it’s PNC wouldn’t even call it a real bank idk why I even switched to them. They are not worried if someone hacks your account and steals your money. They are not willing to help just push you off to the 800 number. Why even have banks open then!?

I'll be the first to say I had a horrible review for this location 4 years ago. I decided to give it another chance and I'm so glad I did. The people here are amazing, warm and kind. Especially Susan who greets you right at the front door! If you've had issues in the past, I urge you to try again.
