Always a great experience/visit. Reesie loves the Vets and Aides there and she always get great care. I LOVE the follow-up call you receive the day after your visit. They call to check on your pet’s reaction to their treatment and ask if we are concerned or have questions with anything regarding their care.

My dog had her first visit to the Pet Wellness Group today and I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and environment they created. Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful, professional and kind during our visit. I would definitely recommend!

From the time we walked in, the entire staff was so supportive and friendly. They talk with you through the whole exam, making sure you understand the entire process.
So thankful we found a place that truly cares about this little member of our family.

Been going here for over a year for my aussie and have recently been taking my new puppy. The care is phenomenal! Great communication, great treatments, quick and such a loving team! I never want to switch vets.

I want to thank Dr. Bridgette and her entire team, especially the receptionist, thank you for taking my call and making time for us in your busy schedule and understanding that my 16 year old dog needed to rest, thank you for being so considerate of me and my family who did not want to see our little dog Lola suffer, we euthanized my dog and each and every one of the team was so considerate of us and our pain, they were so respectful that they made this hard goodbye peaceful. My family and I are very grateful to you.

I really like the staff there, however, they are a bit pricy. 600$ to treat an ear infection for my dog. We have to find something more affordable

We would like to express our gratitude for everyone at pet wellness for always being our number one call and resource!
We have been going to them for 7ish years now.
Krush and Macie both have seasonal allergies along with food allergies.
We've been able to eliminate most all of their symptoms , grow out beautiful full coats , and embrace wiggles to the fullest!
Their hospitality is of the highest quality , on one occasion they even drove us home after experiencing car problems.

This is a very mixed review and I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars. I first switched to Pet Wellness Group a few years ago because Union Pet Hospital was noticeably more expensive. I found that I really liked Dr. Wilson and Dr. Barwell, but wasn’t a fan of Dr. Bowen (personal opinion).
We stayed with them with our GSD’s largely in part of Dr. Barwell because she loves the breed and was always great with our pets. She also put us onto a pheromone collar for our eldest dog (lab mix) who was showing some food aggression that we were working through. It really helped calm him down along with the medication and things we were doing at the time.
Earlier this year we got our youngest GSD and signed up for the puppy plan which was supposed to discount a multitude of things (free vet exams and 10% off spay packages the two main selling points). Fast forward to this past week and we had the estimate for a spay and microchip and it was over $600 for the procedure. Thinking that was high, I called around and two other local vets (whom my family has had experience with and loved) and they were significantly more affordable for the procedure. I called Pet Wellness Group to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they hadn’t applied the discount, but they had. So after a 10% discount, it was still nearly $100 more than the other two vets. When I expressed concerned with that and that we’d be doing the procedure elsewhere they offered to start stripping some of the services included (the microchip) to be competitive in price. The exact response was “yeah we priced it higher, but can remove the cone and the microchip to bring the cost down”. From a consumer standpoint, its discomforting to hear that something was intentionally priced high even with a discount applied.
So overall feedback is that Dr. Wilson is good and Dr. Barwell is great, but as a company they’re pricing themselves out being an affordable vet at this point.

We have taken our dogs here for several years. The team is the most knowledgeable and compassionate. They truly care for our pets as if they were their own.
