Blaine, Nick, Ruby, and Julius did an outstanding job taking care of my new-to-me Hummer H2. I've brought all of my vehicles to this location since I moved here in 2010... that tells you how much I trust the service and staff. Although I have a Valvoline location just a few blocks from me, I drive across town to this location. Come on over, they'll take very good care of your car!”
“Staff was professional, and the technicians expertise was obvious. Previous mechanic said it could not fix loose blinker that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t and also dash lights. So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price! I highly recommend these guys!”

“I’ve been relatively annoyed with oil places recently and decided to give this a try. It was nice not to be railed for extra services. I know I need them but I have to budget things slowly and it’s nice not to be pressured. Guys were very friendly and fast. Weren’t annoyed at all by my lack of attention span when I got an emergency call. Spent about how much I expected to spend and will be back next time.”

“Got an oil change, I really like that you can track the progress on the Walmart app. Really great that it alerts you when it's done too. Great prices on tires, oil changes and just services in general. The associate from the auto center who took my car back was very nice and accommodating. The only negative thing I'll say is, it was estimated to take 30 min but ended up taking 2 hrs bc the were busy. So be prepared to wait if they seem busy.”
