I have had many stylists in the past, some I was ok with but never truly 100% satisfied. Then I met Kristen. Didn't expect the awesome service that I received, she is totally awesome!! She suggested a great high light color for me and I have been 100% satisfied when I walk out of the salon.

I went to Kathy yesterday 9/20 to get my hair done. Looking for a new beautician is always scary. It has been some months so I was long past due. She killed it, I left there loving it. She took her time to make sure she knew exactly what colors I wanted. She made sure she only took as many inches as I asked to be cut off I highly recommend her, she is personable, takes her time, uses the best products and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Kathy will be my stylist from here on out. If you are looking for a beautician Kathy is your girl. The business is professional, clean and friendly.

My hairdresser(stylist etc)is Pinky. Been getting haircuts from her for pretty long time now&she does an excellent job! She's very nice & friendly too. She is popular tho so stays busy&wasn't accepting new customers recently & you need to schedule in advance to get her. There are a few other ladies that work there(Krista gave me haircuts a couple of times while Pinky was out&she did well:)&am sure they're good too :)

I have been going here for 2 years and at that time Kim was the owner and my stylist. She recently sold the salon to another stylist Kathy and I was very unsure about going to a different person well I went last Wednesday 1/28/21 and big mistake!! She knew what products to use on me and how long to process my hair and the formula to use on my long hair.. however she left me under the dryer for an hour which should have been 15 minutes and she didn't even check on me the whole time under the dryer..needless to say I've lost 6 inches of hair and she kept blaming it on everything but the facts HER!! she did it and another client saw this as well and even vocalized her opinion because she was as shocked as myself* Kim is and was the BEST....and this woman's terrible I mean not even an apology as she brushed my hair and it just kept falling out which is a big deal especially to a woman. I'm totally DISGUSTED and I want to warn people b4 they put their hair in her hands she's not very personable and she obviously does not care and I'm devastated.. this place will go under with her in charge and with kim. Gone.
