Fast and friendly service. Always understand the exact color you want. Nails last a long time I even got a complimentary Diet Coke and chips!

Ana is the sweetest, and my nails look fantastic EVERY time I leave there my nails look fantastic. When I make an appointment, she makes sure that she actually takes me at my appointment time. Super friendly environment.

Lady cut my toe and i said I'll go
barefooted because I know the polish wasn't dry. My cousin get her gel nails polish remover and regular polish put on . Her's was $10.00 I had regular polish taken off regular polish put on and mine was $18.00. Why is that?

(These pics are as soon as I got out the salon) they look like I’ve already worn them for weeks .. they charge 175 for nails and toes, maybe it’s just me but I’ve never paid that much especially for not clean work and very visible crooked stones, very visible glue all over the nail and uncut cuticles, I asked for long square not long round square ? 3 gems on one nail and 2 on the rest? I called ahead of time and specifically asked if they had anyone that was more specialized in line work for the set I did want, he replied yes and continued to give me someone who seemed like he really never did this before, now don’t get me wrong the line work isn’t too bad but nothing compared to what I had asked for , this is one of the main issues I had as why I didn’t want to spend 175$ . I was told I would only be charged 100 for nails and toes , but instead I was charged 100 for nails and 75 for toes , in which I only got one extension on each foot and the rest where quite Litteraly just painted on .. whose paying 75 dollars for 2 acrylic TOES ? And some polish? Especially seeing that both toes don’t look the same one is rounded out and one is more square..when again I asked for square.. I normally pay 75-85 for a full long set of acrylic nails, And not to mention how I did not get to sit in a massage chair for long as he brought me back to the nail desk and had me put my foot ON HIS KNEE underneath the nail desk as he did the acrylic ??? Instead of bringing the acrylic to the chair per usual? It was super uncomfortable. This place is ridiculous. I’ll never be going back and I’ll never recommend anyone to go there . I wish I could get my money back .

I am visiting from out of town and wanted to treat myself to getting my nails done. I was able to drop in and get a full set and a pedicure with no wait on a Friday mid-day. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and the manicurist did a fantastic job.

This is the absolute BEST nail salon in florence/ Union! I have never had such good quality, time and care put into services as I do here. They aren't rushed, they get to know their customers and always want you satisfied! I've turned so many friends and family to come here and now they won't go anywhere else! Plus a bonus i've never had acrylics last as well as they do here! I go 3-4 weeks between fill- ins! They are the best!
