If I could give zero stars, I would. My son's prescriptions are the cheapest at this location, so I didn't have a choice to go here, but now, I'll pay double to not deal with cvs. I was needing to have a corrected label on an empty bottle with a specific time for my son to take his medication. It was simple, they sent a request to my pediatrician, the pediatrician would fill out the form, they would make a new label. It was already done; however cvs input the wrong time. They were going to fix it. I called two days later to see if it was ready. The pharmacist (a different one than I was dealing with before) told me it was illegal to do such a thing. I tried explaining that it had already been done, but she kept talking over me. I started to raise my voice to tell her to listen to me and she hung up. This is one of probably 10 issues I've had at this location. They hardly ever have the prescription ready. They never call to let me know that it is out of stock. So, I end up making 3 trips for one prescription. They will put holds on my account and prevent me from filling my prescription for my son. (He cannot miss a day of medication, but has missed 3 days just this month because I was fighting with the pharmacy. They insinuate medicinal abuse when you try to fill the script even if the dates are lining up. I have never ever experienced such bad customer service. I would rather go to the DMV 100 times over than to ever deal with anyone at this location.
