“I went into the turfway metro PCS store after a long exhausting day of searching for the perfect phone and plan for myself. Immediately as I entered the store I was greeted with hellos and smiling faces from the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. The store manager Jordan was absolutely amazing. “Went into the store today to see about purchasing the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025. I will say it was really busy but that's always expected at the Spectrum store.
The one who ended up helping me... Her name was Nicki and let me tell you she was the nicest person I've ever dealt with. She helped get me squared away with what I wanted. Even though the watch was out of stock in store she had it order for me and it's coming to my house.
I wish all the employees were like Nicki because she was such a joy to talk to. Very upbeat and just over all a happy person which was contagious ??.
