I would like to start with how underrated the wonderful staff that works here his. It was a slow day and I had a nice chat with one of the workers and realized so many of these 1 star reviews are people that don’t understand how this carwash works..For starters they are not an auto detailing service they are a CAR WASH Meaning they don’t spray down every inch on your car unless you make a request to the nice sales people with the tablets so they can tell the loader.Secondly some individuals don’t follow the instructions of the trained loader and try to load themselves or drive through the wash when the loader clearly gives them the instructions to put their vehicle into neutral with no break. If you don’t follow these instructions you will more than likely leave the wash with tons on soap still on your vehicle (which is a lot of the poor reviews) it’s sad because if you people actually listened to them you’d actually get a great quality car wash. As for the vacuum complaints they are separate from the wash yet completely optional at other car washes they just add the $2 fee the the wash and then call the vacuums free. (I personally like having the option and not being charged for them when I don’t have the time to use them) Also people always vacuum stuff up they’re not supposed to..which leads to the vacuums getting clogged..that’s actually how I ended up talking to this hard worker because I walked into the very clearly labeled customer entrance and asked for help. They informed me that they do their best to check the lot every hour or so but they just don’t have enough staff to keep up with it all the time..it’s sick to see all these horrible reviews about there being no help when the staff is always kind and friendly. All of these people who talk about damage that the company didn’t cover fails to mention important things about the parts like for example an after market bumper that was modded to the vehicle or paint chips when they had their car freshly painted not even a few hours earlier. So many things that aren’t the poor workers fault yet they take it out on them..
Lastly and most importantly I’d like to mention that they have a same day rewash policy so if you park in the very large parking lot and notice anything left on your car they will gladly send you through a second time for FREE. I feel like so many people mistreat and underestimate these hard workers. Please realize they are only human and are trying their best..stop treating them like garbage and ignoring the policy’s that are clearly stated on signs in the loop and advice given by the trained staff.
Thank you Mikes carwash you have made a lifetime customer and I wanted to give you an honest review so that people can actually know how good your business is.

I've never had a problem Goin there since he opened up in Florence today me and my wife run through and the boy that was using the pressure washer got too close to front in my car getting bugs and peeled the pain off The front of my Lexus they said they would fix it we'll just see how long it takes them to get back to Me

I purchased a Mike's unlimited plan because I liked the idea of bar coding, scan, and auto entrance. Not one time has the bar coding worked. So I have to sit there and wait for someone to scan me in.
I would not have purchased the plan if I knew it doesn't work. And why doesn't it work. Seems like no one has made it priority to honor the programs they sell.
I emailed corporate. They asked for my location, bar code number, and type of vehicle. I provided all of that and got NO response.
Not at all good service.

Always use mikes but tonight was the first time I felt like the person who initially sprays your car down took their time! Austin is great and impressed me tonight!

The level of customer service is pitiful. To worried about trying to push vehicles through than do an even a decent job.
Not all employees are awful only a few!

VAC didn't work on one side. One of the workers offered my money back though and was very friendly.

To start off I’m not from Kentucky but where I’m from if you pay for a car wash you get a vacuum free plus the car washes have cleaning towels and cleaning sprays for you to detail the inside of your car. This car was has none of that and charge an additional $2 to vacuum even after spending $20 on a car wash plus they need to change the water or something because it stinks bad.

Everytime I come here, one side of the vacuum does not work no matter which spot I pull into and it ends up being a waste of time every visit. The vending machine also doesn't work. I know this company makes enough profit for its equipment to be maintained so I'm not sure what the problem is. Won't spend anymore money here.

It's always something with this location. Something is always breaking or not working, from the vacuums to the vehicle track or the machine just shuts off in the middle of washing. Fed up with this place. Monthly subscription member.

Got the Ultimate wash today.
Good and So-so.
I was VERY pleased with the boy at the entrance to the carwash because I have a magnet on the lift gate that I always remove but forgot this time. He brought it to me when he saw it fly off.
The so-so part is my car didn't get as clean as usual. Had some bug guts on the front that I wasn't expecting to be gone till I hand wash it in a few days but the back looks like it did when I went in. Just a bit disappointed.
