I recently purchased tires and had my wheels balanced at midwest auto store and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The staff was incredibly nice and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently, and their attention to detail really stood out. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend for anyone in need of car services. I'll definitely be returning for future needs!

Johnny & Paula were very helpful with my vehicle purchase. The only thing was the camero was supposed to be cleaned but the back floorboard & the trunk weren't vacuumed but that's really no birdie. I REGRET STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS DEALER.
I did not ask if I could have the vehicle inspected. Shame on me. I have owned the car for 3 weeks, and already put an additional $800 of parts on it and $900 in service work just to make it safe to drive. The car fax they gave me said there were no mechanical problems. HA! HA! HA!
Please do not get taken like I did.
Their response is that I didn't get the warranty which would not have covered what needed to be done. Ridiculous!

I had the most pleasant encounter with this dealership. The professionalism was at the upmost scale. The finance department didn't stop until we went home with a car. They really worked for us. I would recommend them. Definitely go in and get a car. You'll receive the best service.

Paid 14k for my car to start experiencing multiple problems over the barely 6 months I had it before a mild fender bender totalled it out. Tipped the detailers a 20$, since I bought a car that hasn't been on the lot long and had to go back after to get the detail. Tipped before seeing the car. Would have taken it back if I could have. Didn't even lean back the seats to vacuum and there was like thick line of dog fur from previous owner still. Not impressed. Exhaust pipe came loose shortly after. Went on a 2 hour trip and for most of it I couldn't go over 60, sometimes could only got to 50. And the 2k we paid for the middle option warranty didn't cover any of it. And now I'm 5k in the hole (after settlement) and car shopping again, 6 mos later. Wouldn't come down on the price at all, worth noting they won't haggle. Salesman was very pleasant and accommodating, saw him outside of the store later and he was very amicable.

They go back on their word quite often and have nothing but lemons. The warranty they offer is not upheld and the manager is a thief.
