Customer service is bad and rudeAll iphones is out of stock I don't know why when you ask him do you have iphones he say nometro have good deals when you switch your number you can get good iphone for good price but when you go to metro store he say is out of stockI think he hide all iphonesAlso there very good deal online for new customers you will get free phone plus unlimited talk and data only for 40$ without tax without activation fee just go to website metro by t-mobile and click deal

I went into the turfway metro PCS store after a long exhausting day of searching for the perfect phone and plan for myself. Immediately as I entered the store I was greeted with hellos and smiling faces from the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. The store manager Jordan was absolutely amazing. He worked with me and helped me get the best deal around. He was not going to be happy until I was happy and that was a wonderful feeling. Let me tell you this,if I had a sister or wife this is the kind of guy I would want them to be with.JUST AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I got this phone just 4 months ago and I'm already having problems with my phone I'm getting pop-ups that drain my battery phone freezes and half the time the internet does not work

Do not go here. The guy lied about the price of my plan, lied about setting up auto pay, and put insurance on my phones that I explicitly stated I did not want which also made my monthly amount even higher. On top of that the service is garbage. The internet never loads, especially on 5g, and I've dropped more calls in the last two weeks than I ever did with Cricket. He also clearly had an issue with speaking to me and tried to bypass me to speak to my husband (who didn't want to handle the transaction) several times.
