I walked in to the bathroom and I saw two people laying on the floor screaming the gummy bear song. There was a guy screaming about getting a brick in his soup from Panera bread. Never going again. Rude rude rude rude rude..they didn't even help me find what I needed.

I generally avoid Menards but Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have what I needed. I was going to order online, but I was still going to have to go in the store and get the items I needed, so that defeats the purpose of ordering online. After spending the better part of the afternoon purchasing and finding a d loading everything, we had to go back in to get a refund on a couple of items that weren't in stock although they showed they were in the system. It was extremely inconvenient. The other reason I avoid Menard's is because of their ridiculous rebate system. They even advertise the prices with the rebate, even though you actually pay full price up front. After purchasing, then you have to remember to pick up a rebate form, MANUALLY fill it out and MAIL it via snail mail. THEN it takes 6 to 8 weeks to actually receive the rebate. How antiquated! BUT WAIT, the rebate can only be spent at Menards. What a joke and a rip off. This is why I avoid Menards if at all possible. I added a star for the kind employees, one of the few good things about shopping at Menards.

Ordered a ceiling fan tons of hardware missing. Box had been resealed (I thought being brand new never opened) and all of the hardware bags opened and scattered throughout the box. Hardware that shouldn't be in the box somehow magically there. Have to waste time and gas onto have a working light in my living room since I took the one down already. Called and general manager at florence told me it just happens. Also that opening boxes is ok to do in the store. They'll replace it but I have to spend more money on gas and time out of my day to do so or I won't have light in my living room. Very disappointed

I wish there is a zero star option. I ordered furniture home delivery and one of them was broken on arrival. I called their store and they said they can send a replacement next day. I waited for 4 days and no one showed up. Called their store and was put on hold for like 30 minutes. Went back to the store and spoke to the manager of delivery. He said he can’t figure out why it was not delivered on Tuesday and can’t figure out who handled my call.Then I spoke to the store manager and his body language showed clearly he doesn’t care least bit about my concerns.Looks like this Menards don’t know how to handle deliveries and how to handle customer communications.UPDATE: After visiting the store in person on Sep-1, the order delivery manager said my order will be delivered on Tuesday 5-Sep. No one showed up on 5-Sep. I called menards again on 6-Sep, they can't figure out what is going on and they said they are going to call me back.Here I am going in circles trying to get my furniture after paying $103 for delivery.This is miserable.

Pick up orders were not ready for pickup. I stood in the store for and hour and a half while they picked my orders that I submitted over a week ago. Some products were damaged.

I've been a customer since the Florence store opened and I love the low prices, the wide selection, and how easy it is to find things with the layout of the store and their item finder on the Menards app. But above everything else is their commitment to customer service. I recently realized that I had not received 3 different rebate vouchers (over $70 worth total). One of the rebates was almost a year ago. I contacted customer service and a few days later I received all 3 of my rebates... No questions asked. Truly amazing company.

I will be very blunt . The employee are beyond incompetent. On 3 separate occasions my fiancé and I have ordered items using their app. every time we go to pick up the item we are told the wrong information . We are told told stop at the customer service desk , the the pro desk , then back to the front desk. The latest means last attempted purchase was a pellet smoker . we ordered and paid online , went to pick it up . The representative gave us a paper with the order number etc . Then they told us to go to the pro desk to pick up . We did and we redirected. We were told to drive around back with the form. We attempted to gain access yet we we're denied as the form was not a gate pass. Then sent us back inside . We spent over 1 he trying to figure out how to pick the smoker up. I went back to the customer service desk and canceled the order . We spend a decent amount of money being in the construction industry . We will never spend another dime .

Don't bother messing with anything in the lumber yard area. Poorly marked/designed and no one wants to help seems like it would be better but your better off saving your time at HD. Oh and don't waste your time at the outdoor register right by EVERYTHING outdoors. They can't print a ticket.

This Menards has a beautiful loading system for mulch and other building materials. Purchase online scan the barcode to get into the gate. Pull your truck or trailer right up to where it is. Load and leave.

I spent almost $700 there yesterday, and wound up needing to get 10 or so 12’ boards from the second story of the lumber rack. I asked one guy with a forklift for help, and in turn he radioed for someone else with a forklift to come help. Well, neither of them could be so much as bothered to help me for all of two minutes. It was particularly funny when the one forklift operator was asked, because he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum. I then watched him nudge a pallet of material around, accomplishing nothing, while he watched me walk all the 12’ lumber down the stairs. Needless to say, after spending thousands of dollars over the years at this store, I will never go back.

We brought countertop, first time the sales person didn't get it right , didn't allow for spacer in cabinets so countertop was cut to short. They did replace that, but it was also wrong. We ordered a no drip and this countertop was a no drip but changed profile half way down and became an over flow wouldn't fit with the adjoining miter piece so couldn't use for the third time they replaced the countertop , but had changed how it went together without letting us know we didn't like the new way they changed it so we called and ask for it to be replaced again they said no so we asked for a refund and they said no. So don't buy countertops from Menards. Plus we had purchased interior doors from them , didn't notice they were bowed until after painting then hanging. We are under new construction got all our cement blocks and mortar from them spent a lot of money with them , we will no longer shop there. We will go back to shopping Home Depot or Lowe's. They lost our business.

Robert in plumbing helped us with so much more than our plumbing needs!!!! He Answered all of our questions and helped us select the correct items we needed to complete my new vanity and faucet DIY project!!! It’s beautiful! He also helped on other occasions when I visited the store with backsplash and all of the many things that go with a DIY project. Also bathroom materials to resurface my shower and tub! He is a huge asset to your company and Manard’s is fortunate to employ him. I go back to Menards because of the quality assistance I get from your employees! Thank you!!!Sincerely,Two DIY Divas

Pray you don’t need customer service, because there is none, and god forbid you need to call any department, you’ll wait for twenty minutes for someone to answer the phone.Their rebate system is a scam, I’ve never been given a rebate after mailing in, and they make it about as hard as can be.Go literally anywhere else.

Don’t try to find anything in the outdoor lumber yard. Too much stuff and the kids working are too busy on their phones to assist. Got my money back and went to Lowe’s. Had what I needed in 5 min. Won’t be back.
