James was quick, friendly, explained everything and worked with us on a few options to help us save some money. Was very happy with his work and with our experience with Maximum (the call folks, the text updates) all of it was quick, easy and professional. Would certainly use them again and recommend!

Nice guy but didn’t seem to know what was wrong. Didn’t even look at the parts. I caledl the manufacturer and they talked me through the repair. It did not need to be replaced, and is now working properly.

Brenden installed a tankless hot water heater for us and two PRV valves. He was super kind and very knowledgeable. He did the work and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with our service.

Brandon was very kind, even with my three kids following him around! He was knowledgeable and put our minds at ease when we thought he had a plumbing emergency. He came out about 2 hours after I called on a Saturday night and he didn’t charge us for coming out. This is the second time I’ve used this company and both times have been great. We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Brenden was fast, efficient and honest. I had no idea what was needed and kept it simple for me to understand. He was able to fix it same day as the inspection to see what's wrong. Definitely would recommend, as of now.
