Walked in at the start of the day and the sales rep, Grey, was great to work with. He listened to my wants and helped me find a mattress that was a good fit. He was not pushing a sale, and that helped me make my choice. He was kind and thorough.

Very poor delivery (warehouse) system and even worse customer service AFTER the purchase. I ordered an expensive mattress from the Woodpoint Drive (store #020032) store. I was given a delivery date. On the date of delivery, I did not receive a notification of the delivery window... I could not track my delivery on-line... I had to call the store and speak with the manager and he knew my delivery would not arrive today but didn't think it was important or necessary to call or notify his customer. It's OK the mattress was not in stock; what's NOT OK is that the store (specifically the manager) didn't have forethought or customer service skills to notify his customer. (Instead all he wanted to do was tell me about the new warehouse system glitches and place blame there). If I hadn't called, I would have waited until 9 pm tonight for the delivery. Poor customer service by management and no desire to make it right for the customer. Customers have choices and I recommend going elsewhere.

TJ, the store manager, was very easy to work with and once he found that I had a sense of humor he joined in with a little humor of his own. We took advantage of the President's day sale and trusting his judgement on a king Beautyrest mattress, adjustable head platform and a top of the line bamboo mattress cover. We will not need the bed until April 5th for our new home move-in and he worked it out for that day delivery so we have no comment on the beds ability for rest and sleep yet. TJ did a great job of showing us our options and the best savings possible.

I’ve been going back and forth on deciding on a mattress for a month. I decided to pull the trigger and visit mattress firm. TJ was such a great help. He helped me find a mattress that fit my needs, and did a great job going through the purchasing and delivery process.

Was supposed to get a $150 gift card (3% cash back). Never did. Called mattress firm corporate number and they said call local store. Local store said call synchrony. Synchrony says will take up to 60 days to investigate. Ridiculous. Also, bed has been hurting my finances back and I had to pay $200 difference for bed because the guy gave me a deal when I initially purchased so now it’s more expensive and I had to pay the difference. I’ll never shop through here again.

TJ seemed very knowledgeable and was thorough answering all our questions in a manner we could understand. It was a no-pressure experience that we enjoyed.
