I was in the garden department today and bought four bags of top soil around 12:30. I did ask for help loading my cart and unloading. I was helped by a tall young man who was very helpful. He walked with a limp unfortunately did not get his name. He went out of his way to help !

All of the pro desk staff are rock stars! If you aren't a lowes pro yet you're missing out big time, huge savings and personalized customer service

Like Lowe’s just disappointed they don’t give Military discount on appliances anymore.

I was there last night buying a water heater. They were unusually slow. 4 different employees made eye contact with me and then looked down at their phones while passing me by. I stopped two of them that were walking past and asked if I could get some help. The girl without stopping. Ernie works this department and hollered out for Ernie. Ernie replied with a really loud F word. I never seen Ernie but I know his voice when he says the F word really loud. I ended up getting what I thought was the correct water heater and left. I gave two stars only because they had the water heater i needed. Maybe a little customer service training is in order with the Florence location.

Even though it's a little late in the season they still had a pretty good selection of plants in the garden department

There is an employee at the Florence location that screwed up something in the process of signing us up for a Lowe's credit card. It of course dinged my credit to get us approved, but I was then unable to use the card to make the purchase. That was the sole reason I had opened it. There had to be something he entered into the computer incorrectly. There seemed to be mostly apathy about the whole mess from the employee. I'm not sure he even apologized. Poor customer service is how businesses lose loyal shoppers. Menards, Ace hardware, Harbor Freight and Home Depot are all a short drive from this store. I'd advise people to shop with them. People work too hard to be able to purchase appliances to have things like this happen, with no apology.

I had went to get order a washer on may 27 and told the associate a couple of times it was a washer. They gave me a dryer. The whole delivery process was a mess. I waited the whole day as they said 8am-3:30pm and never showed up with the item (dryer). Wasted a whole day of time, no contact from Lowe’s to letting me know, instead I had to call to see what was going on. Had to contact Lowe’s delivery team to cancel their mistake to having another problem with the refund. I payed half cash and half card. Never received a call as they said they would contact within 24 hrs to go with the following steps of a cash refund. It’s been over a week and still no refund with the cash part. With the card I didn’t get my full money back and had to contact their team to ask what had happened. They were trying to keep the delivery fee when I had already canceled due to their associates ordering the wrong item. The guy was able to get me the delivery fee back as it was the wrong order by their mistake. The same person told me the cash part was ready and I didn’t need a call or any email and to go as soon as possible to get the cash refunde. When I ask this at the customer service department they tells me it wasn’t there? I’m not sure why it wasn’t there, I called back to their call center for Lowe’s and they tell me it’s ready. It’s all misinformation as one side tells me it’s ready while the other tells me it not? Not sure why they aren’t communicating with each other. The lady that tried to help me seemed like she didn’t care and wouldn’t let me explain. Kept telling me I needed an email telling me it was ready. The person wouldn’t speak to one of their colleagues on the phone to explain what they were seeing on their screen. She kept smirking while I had their colleague on speaker. I had spoken with other members of their customer services department previous times and they were helpful and understanding. The one I had today was the opposite. After it was their fault for ordering the wrong item I’m still having trouble with getting my money back. Very frustrating and disappointing on how long it’s taking them. Misleading information and wasting my time. Not to mention that I reorder the correct item (washer) from the same store lol shouldn’t have.

Love Lowes, not crazy about the prices or quality of their tools, but still like shopping there, just be careful what you choose to buy.

If i could zero stars I would. I purchased an Eviva 30 inch Acclaim Vanity with Marble Top. Just go to install and the Marble top received is a 29 inch top. I have came into store and gentleman was trying to help but no results. i have called lowes customer service and I was just told as they do no warranty this item and I will have to go the Eviva the manufacture to get a replacement top that is actually supose to be for this 30 inch base and now i am trying to contact them and it is like pulling teeth. They are not easy to cooperate with either and now they said they will call me back with what they recommend me to do. Like serious! I have a top that is to small for my vanity and I cant use it and no one will help me out. I have spent some good money on this vanity and now i dont have a top for it. I just want my top. I just wnat the top to fit the vanity th eway it is suppose to. You can see in photots that the base is bigger than the top.

Just went with my husband, we’ve been having to stop by probably almost every day this week for a project we’ve been working on. My husband is currently serving in the Army and we have used his military discount every single time when checking out and not had to show it to the person once. Today, he forgot his wallet and didn’t have it on him. We went to check out and he gave his phone number and the lady at the register very rudely asked “military?” When he said yes, she said she’d need his ID. We explained the situation and how he even came in before me to see if they took Apple Pay - she did end up giving him the discount but not before giving us the whole spiel of “I’d hate for you to be using someone else’s hard work for a discount.” Lady, it was $5 we saved. And he didn’t say anything about being military until you asked, he usually just uses his phone number for the receipts to show on his account because we do sometimes have to return things and it’s easier then keeping track of a receipt. We all understand protocol and stuff but she went above and beyond and was frankly quite rude. Don’t give us the discount if it’s such a big deal. You’re attitude and lecture was unnecessary.
I’d like to mention that all other times we’ve been they’ve been very helpful and kind, and they do usually take great care of veterans, but today just left a really bad taste in my mouth. We understand protocol (him probably better than most LOL) but then don’t give him the discount. Again, it was $5, we would’ve survived.

Lowe’s is a huge hardware store. They have everything. Make sure you wear your gym shoes. Lots of walking.

Florence Store was very clean. Wing stacks were minimal and neat. Plumbing and window treatments well stocked and signed. Greets and help everywhere. Nice!
