I had received a portable concentrator and it did not work. I called the florence office to get a new one and they ordered one and brought it to me in person within a week. Absolutely really appreciated the customer service . Was very good. Thank you this was at the Florence office

Was referred to them by St Elizabeth. Their customer service is pathetic. Twice I’ve been told they will be at my house and they never showed up. They refuse to give even a 4 hour window so you are expected to be home all day, then not show up. The office manager, when I called, is extremely rude and will not assist. They have been my worse experience since dealing with my cancer. The manager at the Florence location has no problem talking down to you and straight up lying to you. I am currently on hold for 10 minutes now waiting to speak to someone, anyone, so that I can have service. They also continually bill me a copay when I haven’t had any copay for months due to my current health costs exceeding my out of pocket. Called there national number and they told me to ignore the copay letter as my insurance has paid. The next month I received another one. Still on hold now 15 minutes without speaking to anyone as the phone went straight to hold. Terrible company especially Florence Ky location.

Cody gets 10 stars. He delivered to our remote location late at night (10pmish). He was kind, friendly, patient and understanding. Probably most important is that he listened and then shared his knowledge and experience. That went a long way to calming my stress and anxiety which is what’s trying to kill me.The phone system, not the people gets no stars. That was stressful.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not do business with this company at any cost. I'm returning the stuff and starting over with a new compan. They should be investigated and put out of business. do not give them a credit card they will double bill you. watch all your statements they are crooks.

RUDE!!DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My mother was forced to switch to Lincare due to insurance change and it has not been a pleasant ecxperience. We were given the wrong information on several occassions. They continually say that my mother does not qualify for an inogen machine but her doctors have insisted she needs it. When I expressed the unpleasant experience we have had with them, KIM in the florence, Ky office was rude to me and said " I dont know what else you want me to say. If you dont like it then go somewhere else" Needless to say, their customer service is terrible. I am currently searching for other options for my mother and I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company if you can. They obviously do not care about their customers at all and seem to be only in the business for the money. I wish I could leave "0" stars!!!

I recently received a new BPap machine from Lincare in Florence. I had no issues getting an appointment and everyone in the office was courteous and professional.Jay took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the machine and my headgear fitment by actually hooking me up to my machine right there in his office.He make sure to ask that I inform him of any issues that arose and when I did, he brought me in asap and we made changes. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with this place.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TELL YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM LINCARE. My doctor ordered me a quad cane on 12/16. The delivery person just came today, 1/7. They left me a note saying "Sorry we missed you." When I called about it, I was informed that they have to get a signature for it. I asked if the delivery person would be wearing a mask if they're demanding a signature - at which point she replied that they tell them to wear masks but they can't control what they do. I told her that Amazon leaves packages on my porch every day without a signature, without a problem. The service rep then responded like a smart-aleck that they "aren't Amazon" and "I'm welcome to order from Amazon." I wish I had - I would have had the cane and been using it since 12/18. These folks have absolutely no regard for the fact that they are in business to HELP sick and elderly people. AVOID LINCARE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I deal with several medical suppliers in the course of caring for my disabled brother. Lincare is BY FAR the worst to deal with. From oxygen supplies to feeding supplies, I have never had a good customer service experience with them. We used them for a short time for Bi-Pap supplies and their respiratory therapist (Tracy) was so rude, unprofessional, and incompetent, I switched to a different company. I wish I could do the same for feeding supplies but they are the only Medicare contractor. They have had my brother's account on hold for 3 months so I've had to order feeding syringes from Amazon. Supposedly someone named Leah is "handling his case" but I can't call her directly and she rarely returns calls. When she finally did call last week, she claimed they had the wrong number for the doctor. That was obviously not true as she had spoken with the nurse multiple times. Even if that was true, had she actually called me back like I had asked repeatedly, I'd have given her the number. So now, for the 4th month in a row, I will have to pay out of pocket for syringes. He also needs his feeding tube changed and I can't order that from Amazon, so their laziness and incompetence is now jeopardizing my brother's health. If you have the option, steer clear of Lincare. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I had a great experience with this Lincare location. I called to ask about transferring o2 care for my mother. Gerald explained and assisted with everything I needed and he also offered advice on how to make better use of the components and oxygen system. I wish more businesses were as helpful.

I have had nothing but great experiences as a client of Lincare in Florence KY. I met 2 awesome people at the Florence branch today and both were extremely helpful with my needs. I did not catch your names... but thanks again! Much appreciated.
