I've been a customer of liberty tax for over 10 years now and after today I'm walking away, I was scheduled a appointment on January 1st and no one showed up, I was there again today and no one was there, since Joy left this location it looks abandoned.. I call customer service and they were extremely rude, sorry but my money spends everywhere.. goodbye

Joy did our taxes for us, and we were extremely pleased with our visit with her. She was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. We have been using Liberty Tax for a number of years now, and it is because of our experience with people like Joy that we return each year. Joy is very knowledgeable and was so helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

I have used liberty for 5 years now and the service is always great I went into the one on mall road and Joy was great the fact that she handled all my needs flawlessly and did everything she said she would do made the experience that much better. Tania who started my process was also great I could tell she was fairly new but is dedicated to doing her best and she also helped to make it easy to get my taxes filed thanks to both you ladies
