From an outsiders perspective (New York) this is a solid grocery store. It's easily enough to find what you need on your first visit. Staff is friendly. I like that there were some local brands I hadn't had before (specifically some local sausages and brats).

Kroger Kroger Kroger. The 90's Kroger that was better managed would love to have a word with you. Not even sure where to start here. Let's begin with the price gouging going around company wide on all products. When the COVID shutdowns were going on the excuse was "issues with the supply chain". Fair enough, I guess. But that issue has been resolved. And the prices are ever higher. And keep going up and up and UP! Don't even think about buying meat here. There are so many other places you can visit that do not price gouge their meat prices (not as much as Kroger anyways). The amount of unsold meat going to waste due to price gouging must be enormous. Prices keep going up, not down. Guess the executives need the funds to pay for their fifth yachts or something. Corporate greed is ruining Kroger. On to the bathrooms... OMG. Does anyone ever clean these? This is not the only location with this issue (Looking at you Mt Zion Rd and Union KY). I get you want to under staff your stores to increase corporate profits, but taking shortcuts with less staffing resulting in filthy restrooms is no excuse. Does the Health Dept need to be notified of the unsanitary conditions in your restrooms? I get you don't want to pay your people a fair wage (can't cut into corporate profits now, can we?) but if the staffing issues are not intentional, then Pay Your People More and hire more staff. Kroger 1990's: Awesome place to work and shop (yes, I worked for Kroger in the 1990's) Kroger Now: Corporate Greed Price Gouging Unsanitary bathrooms Short Staffing Low wages Time to boycott this UnAmerican company or has our country gone down the hill so much that the above negatives are the new norms? Only time will tell.

This is the worst experience on a Kroger's Curbside that I've ever had. I have never been a fan of the curbside pick ups when it comes to groceries because of this same reason but this day I had a really busy day and needed some groceries for dinner since friends where coming over so for the sake of saving time I did it online. That night I was planning a steak dinner with a homemade chimichurri sauce, baked potatoes and a salad on the side. The herbs for the chimichurri sauce (cilantro and parsley) where at the bottom of the bag with other groceries on top and they didn't even had the plastic bags from the products area. The cilantro was gooey, muddy, wet, it was a mess. The parsley was mostly alright, but all the mess from the cilantro got mixed up with the parsley... I couldn't use the cilantro since more than half of it was unusable so no sauce for the steaks. The lettuce that they gave me, half of it was burnt, brown, and the leaf where falling into pieces when I opened it. Complete disappointment!

There's a manager who's extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't remember her name, she has blonde/brunette hair. Late 20s. I asked her where something was, and she was condescending. I also saw her treating other employees in a condescending and angry manner. Quite unprofessional and disturbing! Needs to be retrained or fired.. Another note: this store doesn't have a lot of things in stock half the time! I know COVID and all, but Union Kroger isnt as bad as this one!

PLEASE WATCH YOURSELF. THERE ARE CRAZY PEOPLE EVERYWHERE YOU GO. Aden and Delaney at Kroger on Mall road in Florence just saved a bunch of people's booties, including mine. This random dude just threw his keys under my shopping cart and acted like he accidentally dropped them. Then proceeded to hand me this big story that I don't have time or the heart to even go over again. Basically a scam for Cincinnati Children's hospital and "the troops" with magazine subscriptions - I started to kind of panic, as he said time after time that I didn't need to give him cash, but that he'd just go to the register with me and I could get cash out that way. Then I told him I had to get a few more things (I'd already known that one was sold out, but was trying to buy time to figure out WHAT IN TH FREAKING WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?!) Thank God, Aden came around the corner and the dude that was a creep asked him where an item was, and as Aden came around in front of me, I was telling him "I don't know this person. I'm freaking out, and I don't know what to do." At this point I had called 911 but couldn't talk to them, so I had my phone tell them where I was. Aden called Delaney and she came to us and asked if we needed help and then asked the "man" standing there if he knew me, and he replied "um... we're shopping! No, I'm just a creep standing right her behind her!" with a laugh. Made the tears start flowing and I literally could not help it. Got Ben on the phone and tried to let him know what was going on. I watched as Delaney walked to th front of th store and kicked the man out. Delaney said he got a call and said "I'm done here," and got into a white Jeep and drove off. I am never going to forget this. I wasn't even able to stand up for myself. I'm so thankful - SO THANKFUL - that Aden and Delaney helped in the situation. Delaney was the one who watched him drive away. Aden stayed with me and bagged my groceries and even loaded them into my car. Thank God for the angels on earth. ***Side note I'm 4.5 mo pregnant, and Aden and Delaney were very great in trying to keep me calm as I was in panic mode.***

Was with my girlfriend picking up a prescription, the pharmacy tech was extremely rude and claimed she couldn't ring out my 1 case of water because they were extremely "busy" with a line. There was 1 person behind us and we had 1 item. She rushed us out of the way and didn't want to take the extra 1 second to scan the SINGLE item. So then we had to go wait in another line to ring out separately. It was shocking to say the least. "I will not be doing that today because of how busy and the line behind you" very loudly so the one customer behind us who waited 10 seconds could hear. Especially with how rude she was. We will now be switching pharmacy's to a more inconvenient location so we never have to deal with such terrible and rude service. After all, we are PAYING customers, and should be treated like so.

This store is way to busy so even though I live near it, I'm going to Union or Mt Zion. My worst pet peeve is the carts. All the cart wheels are torn up. You might as well be pushing a cart without wheels though the store. I'm worn out after shopping there. I think it stems from the wheel breaks that are activated when leaving the parking lot. However I am only using the cart in the store and in their immediate parking area. I suppose they've had a lot of carts stolen. My suggestion is to hire a maintenance person to repair carts and replace wheels. The staff are so overworked they appear to have bad morale. One told me at checkout that all she earns there after many years is $17 an hour. One yelled at me for picking up the divider on the conveyor belt at checkout ! Other newer cashiers are in need of customer service training and never talk to you but gripe with others about their lot in life. I only keep going back here to find an item that seems not to be stocked anymore. Cashiers used to ask if you found everything. But if you said what it was, they just would say sorry. I plan to shop elsewhere since the shopping experience is miserable. I have found their pickup service to be great though. This really used to be the best Krogers in this vicinity. Considering all the out of state interstate customers they receive, they ought to polish up their image.

Never has what I come in for, either have to find a replacement, which I did for everything I came for today, never has a register open after like 9, which makes self checkout take forever with a line down aisles. There’s no service desk, so when self checkout breaks or runs out of money, they have to shut down the individual stations, which holds it up even longer. What happened to Kroger? Used to be customer oriented. Used to be 24 hours, now closes at 11 pm. Prices have in

I have tried several times on different days to speak to someone over the phone at this store, the customer service option just rings, and rings, and rings, and rings, and rings.... The phone must be sitting in a closet somewhere with the ringer turned off.

We stopped in here for a few items while we were in the Florence area. We picked up some snacks and drinks and a few other things and this like most Kroger's was solid option. They had everything we needed I had a huge scan so we can get in and out quickly and he got the job done
