extremely corrupt as far as management goes basically if the managers don't like you after you quit your labeled as a non rehire and even if your willing to work your applications will get flushed down the drain

My first visit here and will not be my last. Store was clean. The team members were friendly. One special call out was the young lady working the self checkouts, Stephanie. She was more than happy to assist me with an issue I was having at the self check out (caused by me). She went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and visit. Keep up the great work and the firendly smiling faces!!!

I try to give this store a chance since its so close. but come on do better. two chickens from the deli, take them home and they are both raw in the middle. this is why the call you the ghetto kroger yuck

This store has the worst customer service. Stood at customer service counter for over 5 minutes (I was the only person there). There was a female employee behind the desk who just ignored me while working on one of the terminals. I finally spoke up.. she looked at me like I was bothering her. She asked another bagger "where was Christy? and bagger replied "i do not know" recommending to have christy be called over intercom.. The girl behind counter ignored her and went back to work on terminal and continued to ignore me. I am writing this in the parking lot for time stamp. I left without assistance! I cannot wait until Publix comes to area!!!

Very disappointed with my cake order my kids cakes every year from here never had an issue it's very upsetting but I guess he's three and he won't notice.

Very clean store. Looks well managed and has plenty of stock. I routinely stop here on my way to work. There are always plenty check out lanes available and the store seems well employed. Thanks Kroger for always having what I need. ??

This Krogers has the worst customer service I ever received in my life. The self checkout employee is always the same person and she is always pissed. Once again, angry tonight lol. It’s weird she doesn’t even speak back but is the same person who assist for help. She hate all the customers

Been going here for years, recently I've learned all the sections and codes for security solely based on them calling it over the intercom on me. I'd love to shop in peace so I won't be coming back. I've never stolen a thing in my life and I don't like attention like that. There's NO reason to be yelling it over the intercom.

I've been going to this Kroger for a while and never have seen what I did today. I went into the produce to get black plums and there were nats all over the fruit and apples and such. I'm so beyond disappointed I will sadly be shopping at the mall road location more now.
