The pharmacy staff are amazing! Victoria knows what she is doing and has the biggest heart. She helped me as a transplant patient fix some issues that walgreens caused. Please reward her for putting the customer first and using common sense to resolve issues. God bless her and the young lady who took my order. You have our business from now on. Travis at walgreens, I hope you step on legos!

I’ve been using this location for pharmacy needs for several years. The employees are always friendly and they are respectful. Highly recommend!

Even tho there are lots of negative reviews for this store, I had a great experience with my prescription. They charges way less than walgreen and the prescription was ready when I picked it up, so it was virtually no waiting time. I will update my review if the service goes bad.

Customer service, professionalism, time to get meds can be better than it is. Our family switched to St.Elizabeth outpatient pharmacy and it’s way better.

Short of staff and long wait on prescriptions.

The poor reviews on here are a direct result of “Karen’s” not being serviced exactly how they expected to be. Yes you will wait in line, just like any other pharmacy. Every pharmacy tech I have encountered has given me a positive experience, I have been using this same pharmacy for several, 5+ years. Lindsay is the best I’ve encountered, she deserves a some vacation time and a raise!

From an outsiders perspective (New York) this is a solid grocery store. It's easily enough to find what you need on your first visit. Staff is friendly. I like that there were some local brands I hadn't had before (specifically some local sausages and brats).

Kroger Kroger Kroger. The 90's Kroger that was better managed would love to have a word with you. Not even sure where to start here. Let's begin with the price gouging going around company wide on all products. When the COVID shutdowns were going on the excuse was "issues with the supply chain". Fair enough, I guess. But that issue has been resolved. And the prices are ever higher. And keep going up and up and UP!Don't even think about buying meat here. There are so many other places you can visit that do not price gouge their meat prices (not as much as Kroger anyways). The amount of unsold meat going to waste due to price gouging must be enormous. Prices keep going up, not down. Guess the executives need the funds to pay for their fifth yachts or something. Corporate greed is ruining Kroger. On to the bathrooms... OMG. Does anyone ever clean these? This is not the only location with this issue (Looking at you Mt Zion Rd and Union KY). I get you want to under staff your stores to increase corporate profits, but taking shortcuts with less staffing resulting in filthy restrooms is no excuse. Does the Health Dept need to be notified of the unsanitary conditions in your restrooms? I get you don't want to pay your people a fair wage (can't cut into corporate profits now, can we?) but if the staffing issues are not intentional, then Pay Your People More and hire more staff. Kroger 1990's:Awesome place to work and shop (yes, I worked for Kroger in the 1990's)Kroger Now: Corporate GreedPrice GougingUnsanitary bathroomsShort StaffingLow wagesTime to boycott this UnAmerican company or has our country gone down the hill so much that the above negatives are the new norms? Only time will tell.

The pharmacy at this Kroger‘s is pretty bad first time I went in today the line was backed up into the isles. I show up at 8:02 everyone is still there yet she tells me she can’t help me because they close at eight and she’s already turned the computer off I asked her could she turn it back on and help me pick up a prescription for a sick child and she said not really. I asked could someone else help me once again she said not really I don’t know if she was a manager I hope not.

This is the worst experience on a Kroger's Curbside that I've ever had. I have never been a fan of the curbside pick ups when it comes to groceries because of this same reason but this day I had a really busy day and needed some groceries for dinner since friends where coming over so for the sake of saving time I did it online. That night I was planning a steak dinner with a homemade chimichurri sauce, baked potatoes and a salad on the side. The herbs for the chimichurri sauce (cilantro and parsley) where at the bottom of the bag with other groceries on top and they didn't even had the plastic bags from the products area. The cilantro was gooey, muddy, wet, it was a mess. The parsley was mostly alright, but all the mess from the cilantro got mixed up with the parsley... I couldn't use the cilantro since more than half of it was unusable so no sauce for the steaks. The lettuce that they gave me, half of it was burnt, brown, and the leaf where falling into pieces when I opened it. Complete disappointment!

Horrible restroom! The women's restroom at the Mall Rd. location was worse than a gas station! Out of toilet paper in one stallNot even a toilet paper dispenser in the second stallUnpleasant odor No running water in one sinkNon operational soap dispenser I felt dehumanized using this restroom. Kroger please do better

The staff they have is fine / great and they are generally polite and on top of things. This is more of a criticism of whoever is managing scheduling and recruitment. They probably need to raise pay based on what I’ve heard and seen to attract more qualified technicians. The lines are outrageous at seemingly almost any time. Even when we come to pick up at times that aren’t typically busy. I would bet this is a failure on the part of whoever sets pay and maybe whoever sets schedule.
