The carts don’t leave the building instead it just slammed the brakes and whips my baby’s head back and fourth. Now tell me how that helps anyone. I have to now carry items I bought and my crying kid to the car with the cart stuck in the door way and other customer trying to leave. All because khols can’t afford a to pay a person to go get the carts from outside

One of the worst Kohl’s Dept Stores I have ever been to…I walked in and no one spoke made eye contact with the Store manager and or a manager and kept walking in… I did self check out and lady at there was on her phone never looked up and until I walked passed her then she said have a nice day….

This location mirrors the layout of all other Kohl's and the products and selection matches. As a general statement of the Kohl's brand overall, this location along with all others is no longer the destination for heavily discounted merchandise. You can still find deals but not to the degree that you used to be able to find.

This Florence kohls has the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered. They should not be called customer service representatives! They were not helpful not friendly! And absolutely not helpful! The 4 women were standing around eating couldn’t be bothered to help! The cashier was lazy and unhelpful. She and appeared to be very unhappy in her job!
