After 21 years, my wedding ring was long overdue to be resized and repaired. I had a broken prong and another one bent; it needed to be dipped in rhodium too. I haven’t been wearing it for a few years now and kept putting off getting it fixed. SO happy with the work Klass Jewelers did. It looks as gorgeous as it did the first day I saw it. My husband also got me a pair of diamond earrings from Klass Jewelers a few years ago for Christmas; they are definitely my go to jeweler and beat any run of the mill jewelry store. The quality, pricing, and customer service can’t be beat. My ring was bought in Kodiak, Alaska when my husband was stationed there in the Coast Guard at the time. Needless to say it is extremely sentimental and special; was hard trusting someone to care for it but I would trust Klass again if I had to. I am thrilled to finally be able to wear my ring again. Thank you, Klass!!

So happy with my ring repair. My wedding band had gotten so thin it snapped. I found Klass on Google. Loved that it’s a small business that does everything in house. You always worry if you have to have something so precious sent away! They got it done quickly and reasonably. It’s gorgeous! I think even better than brand new. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks for polishing the diamonds too!! Can’t stop staring at them ?

What an amazing experience, stopped in here after reading previous reviews to ask if the jeweler could fix my ring and 5 minutes later the jeweler had sorted everything out and I can't thank them enough. Great jeweler, friendly people.

Very professional quick service fixed prongs reset stone and polished ring it looks beautiful! Will definitely go to them for any jewelry needs! Baby also lost shoe why we were there and they took time out of their day to call and let me know! Above and beyond service! Thankyou

My fiance and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands here and are so fond of our experience! I went to a few different jewelry stores trying to figure out what I wanted for an engagement ring and no one was really flexible enough to make what I wanted (which was actually quite plain), and Debbie really listened to what I wanted and the team here was able to make exactly what I wanted and it's more beautiful than I could have hoped for! They are so kind and patient and really listen to your goals - we loved our experience with them!

They can create your dream jewelry! They can repair anything. They are extremely trust worthy and caring. Klass is the best in the business!I have so many pieces of hand crafted jewelry from them that are stunning! My boys had their wives engagement rings and their wedding bands hand crafted there. All are gorgeous!

Really enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No pressure. Though it is small on the outside the selection is very good and you can have custom work done. As for me I wanted to surprise my wife with a birthday gift. Found the perfect piece and she loved it and the price was not out of the ballpark. Got a watch battery replaced as well. Only $10 and didn't have to stab myself with that tiny screwdriver! Yeah! Wil definitely do business here again! Highly recommend.
