I recently purchased an EV9 from Jake Sweeney Kia. It wasn’t in stock so we did have to wait a few months for it to come in. I stayed in touch with my sales person and they honored the price we agreed. When the car arrived they made sure it was clean and ready for delivery. Overall a pleasant experience with the sales person, general manager, and finance manager. No hard sell or pushy behavior that I’ve come to expect when buying a car.

I have to return to get my factory part installed. So , vehicle still not safe. Currently getting my oil changed and they asked me if I had left my fuse box lid off. (Under the hood) No! I’ve been driving around for almost a week like this! Very sloppy.

Service was performed as required. Customer service, friendliness of staff leave much to be desired. No welcome greeting, in fact I had to ask who was the person to see for my service work. When checking out, no comments on service that was performed, or what was actually performed. I asked and was told the service is on my receipt. IF possible, find another dealership for service. I know I will! Just a real carnival....

Love this place. Super easy to book, either online or by calling and they have a great lounge to wait in. I’m able to take my laptop and work while I wait for my vehicle to be done. The staff is amazing and clearly communicates prices and any work that needs to be done. I always feel good leaving there knowing my vehicle is taken care of.
