I do not recommend buying a car from here. We paid extra for the maintenance plan and they try to make us pay every single time we go to get the scheduled maintenance done. If you do buy a car from here, do not buy the maintenance plan because the people in the service department never have a clue what you’re talking about. I have to bring in papers every single time and explain to them. Then they still try to make you pay. Half the time I don’t even know if I’m getting the correct scheduled maintenance done.

As a single mom, having a safe, solid, and affordable vehicle is really important. Layne did a great job guiding me in finding the best vehicle for my lifestyle and budget. Best of all, he didn't pressure me into any decision and allowed me the freedom to make the best choice for myself and my family. Additionally, he offered me various finance paths that would best support me and and my budget. I usually find the process of purchasing a vehicle to be very stressful, but Layne made the process transparent, organized, and seamless.

Bill (William) was amazing to work with and made the process easy and fun. He was not pushy and ensured all of my questions were answered and needs were met. The sales manager, Charles, was excellent too and also Nick in finance. I highly recommend seeing them and excited to drive my new Tiguan!

Pésimo servicio no le lavaron mi carro del servicio mi el motor solo le hicieron el servicio básico que decepción de vw quw no entreguen limpios sus carros ni motores ni la inspección le hicieron traia un golpe y no lo detectaron no revisan bien esos tecnicos
Terrible service they didn't wash my service car my engine they only did the basic service that disappointment of vw quw don't deliver clean their cars or engines Not even the inspection they gave him a blow and they didn't detect it, they don't check those technicians well
They didn't fill me level up or wash my car or the engine lacks antifreeze oil and brake fluid it's not possible that they just did the service and what a disappointment to diler

Brought my car in for brakes, which were fine but they found my battery & a few other things needed to be taken care of. They instantly offered me a loaner so I didn't have to sit &, wait with my little one. Everyone was kind and communicated well
