Buying this car was very easy. I found this car online, made contact with the dealership and Andrew responded very timely. He kept me updated until we could arrive in Florence the next day. Car was ready as promised. A test drive and paperwork were fast and painless. On our way home an hour and a half after arriving in my beautiful new car. Score!

This is the place to buy your next vehicle! Greg Bumpus in sales was excellent. He went the extra mile to explain everything to us and to help set things up on the car before we left. They are great, honest people to do business with. They made us feel comfortable from the time we walked in the door until we left with a beautiful new car.

We have had at least 3 very poor experiences with Kerry Toyota Service Reps over the years. They are just straight up rude and not ever helpful when we have had to have our Highlander in the shop. We are reasonable people and the way they treated my wife is unacceptable. We are stuck because our car is still under warranty but we will not be buying another Toyota.

Despite calling multiple times, they have still not refunded my deposit after I decided to not buy a car from them. Don't give them a deposit!
Edit: Finally got my deposit refund after 4 months of waiting. Keep that in mind if they ask you for one

Great experience dealing with Greg for an online purchase!! Was driving 9 hours to pick it up and he was overly helpful in getting pics/videos so I felt comfortale enough to buy and travel for used car. WILL CERTAINLY DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!

Pre-owned vehicle came with tires two years older than the vehicle itself. Service inspection 6 months after purchase (at Kerry service center in Covington) caught this along with the fact that the tires had dry rot and were unsafe. Spoke with a sales representative to discuss ways to remedy the situation. We agreed on a solution, but the dealership has dragged on making good on this.
I’m happy to buy new tires to keep my family safe. However, if you value your time and safety, it might be worth the short drive to another local Toyota dealership.

Our 23-year-old daughter was in the market for a 2-3 year old Honda CRV or Toyota RAV4, and after an underwhelming experience at another dealership, we headed to Kerry Toyota. The previous day, she had considered a similar vehicle elsewhere, but the $26,000 price tag came with no warranty, and the dealership wasn’t willing to negotiate.
At Kerry Toyota, our daughter met Steve, the salesman, on her own, and we joined her after she explained what she was looking for. I was really impressed with how Steve handled the process—he allowed our daughter to take the lead, which was important to us since this was her purchase. She tested a few cars, including a Camry, a Ford Escape, and two RAV4s.
What stood out to us was the dealership’s willingness to work with her on amicable terms, which included offering a warranty. This was a significant improvement over the previous dealership experience. The finance process was smooth as well. Dewey was patient, answered all of our daughter’s questions, and helped her secure a strong interest rate.
Overall, the entire experience at Kerry Toyota was fantastic. From the sales to the financing process, they respected our daughter’s independence while providing the support she needed to make a confident purchase. Highly recommend!

They overbook service times and make customers wait a crazy amount of time, no matter what service you’re getting. All I’m getting is a tire rotation and I’ve already been here 1 hour and 15 mins for a twenty min job. They overbook so much, that simple jobs or checks take an hour+.

Unpleasant experience. The sales manager refused to honor outside lending. I came prepared to the dealership as a very serious buyer. We made it to the table and agreed upon a selling price. Once the sales manager discovered about my outside lending, he refused to honor the deal and explained that it was mandatory for me to finance through Toyota. I called other local Toyota dealerships and they explained that outside lending can even be 'encouraged'. I took my business elsewhere and purchased 2 new vehicles at the neighboring Honda dealership hassle-free. I will not be recommending this dealership to any friends/family.

I've been a Kerry Toyota customer for 7 years across 2 vehicles. And you guys really dropped the ball on the service I've come to expect.
Things didn't get communicated and I was basically treated with an attitude of "we don't want to deal with you"....all because of information that wasn't communicated in the first place.

Tried to use Ky tax system as a reason to give me a lot less on my trade on a 1.5 yr old desirable vehicle. I’m reasonable but the extreme lowball offer showed me they weren’t even willing to come up to a legitimate offer. Waste of everyone’s time. Would have taken a little less even than average but their manager acted like I was being the unreasonable one. Went to a different dealer and got way more than I was even going to ask for my trade and got a great price on a new vehicle. Will never go back to Kerry again
