While traveling on family vacation I had an issue with my outback. It occurred after they stop taking new vehicles for the day. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful as I explained the issue. They still took out car in and found the problem even though it couldn't be fixed the same day they made my car safe to get is the rest of the way home in Pennsylvania. Thank you so much we couldn't of asked for a better place to have a mechanical problem.

Why do you offer express oil service if you can't do it, three times went there, and always saying " we are packed, we can't take more cars ". Either get more employees for oil change or do oil change by appointment only. Had to go look for another place for oil change this time because the dealer is busy. With all due respect, I only trust you with my car, don't force me to try others.

This is what purchasing a vehicle should be like. No pressure, no nonsense, buyer-oriented. Gus was a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was chatting with a friend from the moment I stepped into the showroom to the moment I drove off the lot. The deals here are amazing the people follow suit. I just purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester yesterday, April 30th, and I had to get on here to let everyone know how wonderful my experience was. We had Greg as our sales associate and he took the best care of us. Anyone who is looking for a vehicle I plan on sending them his way. There were absolutely zero hassles, extremely relaxed environment, I have never felt so at home buying a car as I did at Joseph Cadillac and Subaru of Florence Kentucky. From the bottom of my heart thank you again, I love my Forester!

Brad Childers listened to what I needed with no pressure to buy what I didn't want or need. Subaru offered much better finance rate than the runner up contender Toyota Rav4. I would recommend visiting here if looking for a new or used car.

My wife and I just purchased a 2024 Subaru “Crosstrek” from Scott in March, and we were thrilled with his kindness, politeness, and expertise. He got us into a vehicle that we wanted along with helping us achieve a monthly payment that worked for us. No pushy sales tactics. No forcing items on us we didn’t want. No games. Just relevant and honest information about the vehicle, service department team and how much expertise they have, and dealership. Scott even did a thorough job explaining all the buttons and gadgets on the car.
I have to say that this was THE BEST experience myself and my wife have ever had buying a car at a dealership. Even the financing was painless. Everything we were signing was explained in detail, with again, no pushy or sneaky sales tactic. There were things we would have liked to purchase, but unfortunately, couldn’t afford and that was OK.
When we left, we left feeling very good about our purchase because we were treated with respect and sincerity. If needed, I will purchase from this place again and I’ll no doubt ask for Scott.
My Crosstrek continues to amaze me everyday I drive it. The safety features alone (lane assisting, bright LED lights, monitored cruise control, big display, all-wheel drive) is worth the price. I feel very safe and protected when driving. The vehicle also has a very smooth ride and is very comfortable to sit in. The gas mileage is a plus at 30+ MPG! and that's city + highway driving.
I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Last year I decided to purchase my final car. I had a Honda CRV that I really liked, but I refused to deal with Jeff Wyler so I decided on a Subaru Outback. I went to Joseph's & was blessed to get Gus Wade as my salesman. I gave him my list of what I wanted on the Outback. He informed me that to get what all I wanted that I needed to order the Touring model. I ordered it & love my car with all the amenities. Normally after buying a car the salesman isn't there to help with anything. Not Gus Wade or the Joseph's Subaru team. They bendover backwards to help. Recently I went out to my car, but it wouldn't start. I called AAA then texted my salesman, Gus, asking if I should have contacted Subaru roadside assistant. Then AAA arrived & informed me that my battery had a dead cell & if the car was turned off that it wouldn't start again. I decided to call Gus on a Sunday that was also a holiday weekend. He told me to meet him at the dealership & he gave me a loaner til they replaced my battery that was still under warranty. In the 1 1/2 year I've had my car, everyone I've dealt with at Joseph's has been extremely helpful & kind. I highly recommend Joseph's if you are looking for a car as they are still there for you even after the deal is done. This dealership appears to me as one you can trust not like so many other dealerships especially being a female on her own.
