We bought my wife's Hyundai here used a few years ago and the team was great here. They had the usual stuff they try to upsell you on, but overall our experience here was awesome. My wife still takes her hyundai back when it needs service and they're always great!

They are wonderful here at Joseph Cadillac. They AlWAYS are !! Now, as far as Cadillac they should have recalled my and all the other many customers with the very dim headlights problems. Not cool . Toyota recalled something when my car was 10yrs old. Next time …. Toyota!!

Came to Joseph Cadillac service because of a not so good experience with Quantrell Cadillac in Lexington KY. From the first call the situation with my car and questions that I had were answered. All that and they hadn’t even seen my vehicle. When I did take my care to them the service did not disappoint. Even though I live a distance away I will be taking my car back to Joseph Cadillac.

This was an interesting dealership experience- not necessarily bad, but not good either. I scheduled to test drive a used Subaru Crosstrek and Anthony, "Hillbilly", gave me the keys. Didn't show me the car or go over the features or anything. Ok, fine I guess. I asked him a couple questions about the car and he had no clue. Shouldn't a car salesman be a bit more knowledgeable about the cars he's selling?? I feel like they just wanted to get rid of this particular vehicle since it's a 2016. Maybe if I had dealt with the Subaru salesmen and not the Cadillac ones, they would have treated me a little better and known more about the car. Anyway, took it for an overnight test drive and then signed the paperwork the next day. I requested the car to be washed and cleaned on the inside, but since it was Friday, the cleaners were busy getting *new* cars ready for Saturday. So, they just told me to bring it in "whenever I'm in the area" (I live in Cincinnati). The back windshield wiper also needed to be replaced, but I guess they didn't have one in stock. I was worried about dealing with pushy car salesmen, but this was almost worse. I expect at least a little customer service when I'm making a big purchase.

We bought a vehicle in June from this location and the car buying experience was amazing. However, if you purchase any type of warranty with them tread lightly!!!!! Their service department is beyond inadequate!!! We’ve had our vehicle in the service department 5 times since purchasing and each time something isn’t done or fixed properly so it has to go back…..They’ve promised courtesy vehicles and when we’d get there all of a sudden there’s no vehicle as promised. Puts a complete halt to your day when you have places to be and you find yourself sitting there!! However, today after waiting an additional two weeks because “A courtesy vehicle would be available then”, find out when we get there, there’s no courtesy vehicle? However, a football player came in while we were discussing why there was no vehicle now and the football player stated the issues with his Escalade started on Saturday on the way home from the game and he was put into a courtesy vehicle within minutes. So if your semi famous I guess the service department will cater to your every need and take away from the ones that they already promised. The last time they serviced our vehicle they stated we needed $800 dollars in work on our front brakes and driver side rotor….we opted to take it to a different place that said our brakes and rotors were perfectly fine!!! Again, The car dealer was wonderful the service department not so much!!!
