GM employee here and unfortunately had a terrible experience with Jeff Wyler GMC. I spoke with Bill on 8/24 about coming in to test drive a Hummer EV. He expressed to me that this would be no problem and scheduled me for 8/25 at 12:30pm with Tony. Upon arriving at the dealership on 8/25, I was greeted by the front desk person and was told Tony was with another customer (understandable). After waiting 20 minutes, a different staff member approached me and asked what I was looking at for the appointment. After telling him I had an appointment to test drive a Hummer EV, he told me that I would have to do a credit application in order to test drive. I will never do a credit application for a vehicle I have not driven nor seen. As a GM employee, I know GM has been struggling to sell these vehicles. I can tell you that this dealership in particular will have an even more difficult time moving these vehicles with this stipulation. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. Bill knew I was I wanted to test drive and never expressed this stipulation. What a complete waste of time!

Very courteous people with everyone I dealt with. Although I had to return because a problem reocured, they investigated further and fixed the actual problem. I was highly impressed with the video documentation of the service performed.

Service techs performed work on time and correctly. Satisfied with transaction. Techs offered discounts deal on future oil changes which I purchased. Service Manager, very personable, efficient, and easy to work with. A+++

Was wanting to do a trade on a car I bought 2 years ago for 38,000$ got offered 30,000 from another dealer they offered me 22,000 and before I went there I talk to Matt and this vehicle I looked at he said there's room to move and when It came to the moment he said oh we can't lower the price of that 1 vehicle because it's at another branch... I strictly asked before wasting my 8 month pregnant wifes time if there was room to move on any vehicles he said yes... first time dealing with jeff wyler and now the last thanks to Matt and there very poor customer service.

This was the a very pleasant buying experience. Usually you get the bunch of nonsense and can get stuck with a expensive car purchase and a large payment. However Matt was absolutely wonderful. I'm serious he did the work I didn't have time to do and I ended up with a awesome car at a fair price. Thanks for everything you guys made the car buying experience so much less intimidating and easy to understand

Overall a good experience. I dealt with Steffan G from a prior issue my wife had. He got me in contact with Michael M who assisted me with a warranty issue on my GMC. This could have been a 5 star review had I not had to follow up and call back in myself for updates and to find out that my part had arrived the previous week. Michael was great- overall experience- okay.

We talked with the sales team this morning and were told the vehicle we wanted was available. We had a verbal agreement on price and scheduled a time to come pick the vehicle up only to be told an hour later they sold the car to someone else. I definitely would not do business with this dealership!!!
