Scheduled an oil change appointment and drop the car off Sunday night for the Monday appointment. Return to the dealership about 430 pm Monday afternoon to pickup the car and they didn’t service my car. Service manager excuse was he dropped the ball. He didn’t offer any Solutions to the problem. Eventually, he offered a rental car so I can work in the morning. The service manager said he called my cell phone and it was out of service He said enterprise car rental called my cell phone and it was out of service. This was about 545pm Enterprise car rental closed at 6pm so I didn’t receive a loaner car and I had to get a ride to work the next day. I hope I do not experience this situation, The next time I had to get my oil change at Jake Sweeney‘s Alpha Romeo….. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and how I was treated

Overall service experience was fine. I even received a service coupon and was able to use it. My only complaint was my car got a few chips on the hood and front windshield most likely the driver who took my car from and to the dealership followed too closely to trucks on the highway. I live around 45mins from the dealer that involves some highway driving.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. My husband and I have owned 4 Alfa Romeos now all because of Skip and Coby. Two class-act gentlemen! And the addition of Fritz has been great! These folks go above and beyond to make every experience great. No pushy sales guys here - just folks that know their cars, love the brand, and enjoy building relationships vs. just selling a car. And it helps that the cars are beautiful, well-made, luxurious, fast, and fun!! :)

Excellent service! Just general maintenance but had a loaner car ready for me so I didn’t have to wait. Everyone was very professional and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo (North and Florence).

My experience here was great from start to finish. Skip & the staff were extremely helpful and I was able to get my dream car with their help. Absolute enthusiast cars and a great dealer (which is rare) to support the brand. Id gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at buying an experience as much as a new car. Dont let the nay sayers in the forums dissuade you with their data points from the 1970's, Alfa has truly done a 180 and is producing some exceptional cars. Ill be enjoying my quadrifoglio for years to come.
