The gym is clean, full of nice people including the owner. It has everything that you need, and nothing that you don't. I like it and have recommended it to others.

It's a warehouse gym. It's 24 hours and the price is reasonable. They got some cool odd objects. The owners cool and they have alot of group exercises of that's your thing. And kid centered activities. They've got a couple kids classes. I love it.

Great workouts, welcoming atmosphere. Joe is patient with all levels of experience including children.
