Super helpful and friendly, I can't say enough about this business. We've had our fence for at least 25 years and have used it on 6 different dogs at 4 different houses and has been totally worth the money. We tried a different companies wireless temporarily until we were done building our house and did not compare to having the wired fence again, love it!

They put collars on our dogs that seemed small but I was assured it’s supposed to be that way. They said this was necessary for it to be right so the dogs feel it when they cross the barrier. Took off the collars and both dogs have sores from the collar, including punctures to the skin. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone to discuss it. This employee clearly fitted the dogs wrong so now I have injured dogs and a fence I can’t use because we don’t have properly fitting collars. Waste of money. UPDATE: employee Jessie from their office basically laughed it off and offered a larger collar. When I said that wasn't a sufficient response (I felt they should pay the vet bill), she hung up on me. I have repeatedly called the number given to me by Michael, who is apparently in charge, and he won't answer or return calls or texts, which included photos of my dogs' necks. They apparently are content to keep the nearly $5,000 we paid them so we can have a worthless fence, no collars, injured dogs, and a vet bill.

Best service provider we’ve had at our house in years! They were on time, responsive to our schedule and extremely professional. And the dogs are doing great with the fence. I cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny!!!Services: Dog fence installation

This is an iodate to my prior review from a few days ago. Their employee didn't properly fit our dogs' collars and didn't give us instructions, such as the need to remove the collars regularly. After a few days, our dogs had bad sores on their necks. Between vet bills, meds, and and buying properly fitting collars , we're out $400. The company did nothing to help other than suggesting new collars and agreeing they needed to see a vet (they didn't offer to help with the cost). Unacceptable considering their employee caused this.

We were skeptical there was a "fence" available that would keep our pet in the yard. With the exception of a couple incidents early on, our dog has not left the yard. It's worth a try if you are debating have something installed.Service: Dog fence installation

Time to respond is ridiculous. When you have an issue with a fence your dog is in jeopardy. To have to wait over four weeks is unacceptable

Had an invisible fence installed to keep our Cat and Dog in our yard. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped us outside the house along with inside the house. Training both the cat and the dog to understand boundaries. Both animals caught on quickly! We are very pleased with the results!Service: Dog training
