The customer service is terribly against the trans community. Would not speak to me over the phone because my voice didn't sound like my name even though I validated any and all security questions and ssn and dob.

Don't even think about going through the drive through unless you have time to sit. 20+ minute interactions everytime.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional and extremely rude. The way she talks to people is disqusting, like we are beneath her. She also gives you this serious mean look. What is her problem. There are so many friendly, kind, compassionate people who would gladly take her place. She very quickly helped decide to take my business elsewhere. This is not the 1st time I've seen this behavior from her either. It's truly her character, this is how she behaved each time I've seen her. (The dark shoulder length haired lady, wears makeup)

The manager Mrs. Welles, I believe is terrible at customer service. Would not recommend this branch at all. Luckily they have decent customer service through the phone system.

Well I'll just restate...asked to talk with the managers manager....wait 5 business days...nothing. Ms Welles is a terrible example of Huntington bank employee. Very inept branch as I brought my account up to 0 dollars in cash only payments....only for it not to be closed as I told it was. Found out months later, they allowed a check to be cashed and just fee drained the account to a negative.

Asst Branch Manager, Emily, colluded with her brother after he faced domestic violence charges against his wife, stemming from a year's worth of provable abuse and alcoholism, to ensure a joint account would not be closed. The wife received confirmation from two different phone bank reps of separate occasions that this had been fully completed, to protect her credit from a known monster. Instead this woman gave her brother insider knowledge to somehow revive the account and potentially re-aliven her liability to this terrible man. A “national†bank should be more easy to do business with. A woman going thru a nightmare in her own right shouldn't have to be concerned about inside connections. But frankly, apparently, that isn't how this bank does business. Protect yourself. Protect your money. I'll be suing this business and I wouldn't wish it upon any of you. I never dreamed it could get worse than constant abuse and chronic alcoholism, but Huntington proved me wrong. Disappointing and disgusting.

Extremely disappointed in Huntington and the way they handled my account when it came to a simple clerical error. Basically on a Bank to Bank transfer set up I had forgotten to include my middle initial on some paper work and but of course you would have thought I had upset the balance of the universe. After stopping off at a local branch four times and bringing in what I thought would be sufficient paper work it still wasn't enough. Geezzzz.. Long story short I know situations arise in businesses and they have to follow rules but in my case I felt like there was no common sense. It seemed like I had stumped them on what to do? I don't recommend them due to their lack of "Customer Service" and willingness to keep my account. I ended up closing my account and taking five figure savings and checking account some where else.

Closed on a loan here and had no problems. Good customer service too.
