Took my wife to get her taxes done and they completely messed everything up, went to file taxes for two separate years and they filed the wrong ones then had us come back to fix the issue and which they never did, they are instead trying to make us pay for their mess up, filed a claim and said they call back in 3 business days 3 months ago and they never call us, we call them and get the same answer every time, and to top it off, never even got our tax refund, they had someone do it that didn’t even know how to do it, STAY AWAY

Ask for Marianne Treasure. She has been doing our taxes for years. Even though she is not in our area anymore and new here, we still send her our stuff. She is easy to work with and smart. She knows taxes and will get you the best return.

We had our tax papers for a paid in full car. I mean like the day we bought it was paid off. But the tax Assosait refused to itemize it in our taxes . she even wouldn't tell us why we couldn't itemize. Me and my husband are married. So this should of receive more back for us. Any other rep we asked said it should of itemized in our taxes.
