“I’ve shopped here for 20+ years. More often than not, I’ve found what I needed. I’m only a little concerned about the freshness of the horsefeed lately. The brand I usually use is frequently out of date. I wish they would put all the older horsefeed on sale, get in fresh feed, and then rotate it better. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked (considering the supply shortages they’ve had to deal with). I still give the store 5 stars regardless of the horsefeed frustrations I have. And make sure you are in the neighbors club. It’s worth it! I’m always racking up $5 rewards !”
“If I can give a 100 ⭐️ I would. I just want to thank you for the wonderful customer service! Todd is very understanding, friendly, and patient! Without Todd’s help i don’t know where we would have been with our dishwasher fiasco! Long story short he saved us the difficulty! 100% recommend getting the warranty and installation! Lowes workers are very professional and helpful! Also thank you to the sweet lady (I forgot her name) in the appliance section! She was so helpful and sweet as we chose our new dishwasher and saved us a headache! Any questions we had we were answered shortly and in a timely manner.”

“Above and beyond service from the Florence location! I live in Atlanta GA but was only able to find the flooring I needed (it’s been discontinued) in KY via the Builders Surplus website (impressive). And, though the product was at the Louisville store, which was unable to assist with shipment, Michelle at the Florence store offered to help us out. She had the product transferred to her store and then shipped to Atlanta. Remarkable! So kind. So appreciated. The assistant manager, who confirmed the shipping and who wanted make sure everything went as planned was also great. We feel very fortunate to have worked with this group.”
