Pretty average IHG property. Very nice staff, hotel in need of some updates. Great breakfast for the special price of $4 a person. Lots of food options. Great location!!

Loved the hotel!! This is the 2nd time we stayed here, and it was great both times. Breakfast was wonderful, friendly service, clean room, very, very comfortable! Most hotels have little TVs, but this one has a large TV with great channels! Fabulous, just fabulous!!!

I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner hotel, except for other recent stays at Holiday Inns. Very friendly staff and everything looks brand new. The only drawback is the $15 fee for a basic buffet breakfast that we passed on. Still, it rates FIVE stars.

Location and amenities was a plus, but the staff and friendlness was top tier! Front desk answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the booking and stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple shopping areas and eating establishments. The concierge was very nice and handled discrepancies with ease.
The people who clean the rooms are THIEVES!!! They rummage through your things looking for small stuff that you probably would not notice and take off with it. I had about $30 worth of Werthers Original candies come up missing. I left for my group activities expecting to come to a clean room. Oh, it was clean alright!!! My things were out of place and MISSING!!! Even if its not in plain sight. They go looking for stuff.
If you plan to stay here you might want to opt not to get your room cleaned or you will be picked clean.
Noteworthy details: The cleaning staff steal!!!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel! It is clean, check-in was easy, and the 2 queen bedroom was quite spacious! Love that they had a k-cup coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room! Only downfall is if you want breakfast you have ro pay for it. There's a discount if you pay for breakfast the day before. We will definitely stay here again!
Rooms: Very nice spacious rooms! Appreciate the cleanliness!
Nearby activities: Very close to stores and right off the highway!
Food and drinks: They have vending machines, a mini market that you can buy snacks, complimentary coffee/tea, water and lemonade.

The room was pretty good. It had a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. The mirrors were placed in the convenient locations. The bathroom was ok. The toilet paper was hanging on the wall behind the toilet. I guess they thought it’s a good exercise for your back. There is no fan in the bathroom. So it was very humid in our room after each shower. Another odd thing - you have to pay for breakfast. Huh? Definitely overpriced hotel.

The staff is just wonderful, I there are very friendly and most helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a great pool and good food in the dining area.

Nearby activities: You seem to be 20 min from everything the creation museum is 20bmin one way the ark 20 min another way convenient location
Food and drinks: The food was fresh and very good.
