Sweet and friendly hotel staff, checkin online was super simple, key was ready when we arrived. Rooms are clean and easy to access. Beds were comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner/body soap were Dove brand, and set up in the bathroom in large containers, a lotion was also provided. We stayed here to visit the creation museum which was about 20 mins away, easy to get to, and we would definitely stay here again! Great location, rooms and breakfast! Definitely met my expectations. Did check out the pool and I’m pretty sure there was a lot of chlorine there, which could be unsafe. Other than that, it was great!Rooms: Met expectations.

My stay here was great. It was pricy but the rooms were clean, which is very important to me. The facility was nice. Staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was ok.

We asked that our sheets be changed because we were hot and sweaty when we came back to the room. They had not been changed. The assistant manager had to come up and change them. She was wonderful. Also, my son had difficulty linking his laptop to the wifi. He was not able to the first night at all and had to call tech support the second night.

This is a good hotel in a good location, but do not plan on being able to use the EV charging station while staying here. 1 of 2 charging spots was down during my stay, and the other spot was being occupied by an EV whose owner was sleeping in the car (not a hotel guest) and would not talk to me. There are signs in the parking lot stating the lot is only for hotel guests.When I told the front desk about the full situation, they said there was nothing they could do.Please enforce your own rules, so paying hotel customers can use the amenities you advertise. I will not be returning here in my EV because of this. There are other hotels in this area with EV chargers that I will try instead.

Continental Breakfast had fresh food and a wide variety. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Very NOISY. No greetings at any time.

We had a group going to the Ark and Creation museum and chose this hotel because of the location. Great choice. Nice, new and clean hotel. Elizabeth made our chick in so easy and fast. The other lady from the front desk Briana was as well very nice and helpful. Thank you very much. We will come back with another group.

We would like to recognize the amazing professionalism and hospitality shown to us by Liz K. the assistant general manager.She went above and beyond to model excellence and protocol for her staff, even going to check to see if an early check in was an option by viewing the floors herself to see if a room was ready.We are very grateful for her and the staff during our stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. The staff were friendly, the hotel very clean and once again, Holiday Inn Express exceeds expectations. The breakfast was nice and coffee hot. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and WIFI was fast. My only complaint is the wine and beer selection: California wine and 3 types of Anheuser Busch beer. I'm surprised at this considering AB brands have completely degraded women with their recent commercial direction and California engages in commercial identity politics. I believe KY is even among the states they ban travel to. Please get some American or imported brands to replace these ASAP so this remains a 5 star place I can return to. I will not stay again with that selection. Thanks!
