Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are disgusting, the ceiling is hanging down about to fall in my room, the staff is not friendly whatsoever and they are blatantly racist to young individuals of color. Also saw two workers coming from a closet, buttoning up their clothes? absolutely disgusting. Room service had 3 “open” charges that had no explanation just additional fees on top of the RS fee and included gratuity for some TERRIBLE food, completely inedible. From someone who basically lives in a different hotel every single week, this has been the WORST experience ever. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Tennessee. We chose this hotel for the trailer/RV parking and because it was right off the highway. This was a very nice, clean and updated hotel. Check in was great and the rooms are very spacious. Not sure why there's no fan in the bathroom. Lots of amenities and close to a good selection of restaurants. This might be nit picking, but our reservation stated that breakfast was included but the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in. We called down in the morning to ask if our breakfast was included as per our email and were put on hold for over 5 minutes. We ended up just going over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast as we were anxious to get back on the road. This might be something the hotel wants to work out with Hotels.com for the future. Other than that, would recommend and would stay again.

I’ve stayed there twice professional staff very helpful clean rooms pool for the kids was awesome and the gym had great equipment and the food was good. I highly recommend staying there.

We stayed one night on our way through, and it was great. The room was clean, there was a small but nicely maintained pool area, bed was comfortable. And the price was right.

I truly appreciate maintenance worker John for fixing the air conditioning inside of my room. At most hotels that I've stayed at, if there was a heating/cooling issue, nothing would be done.

The room was cleaned very well and my towels were changed daily. The only thing was that the body cream was not refilled for 3 days even though I had asked one of the housekeeping crew members. The area and the hotel are great

The service at this location is unbeatable! The staff was all so incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. I have to give a shoutout to Destiny who is the blueprint for perfect customer service! We would recommend this place to anyone!

everything was fine until i tried to fall asleep...i was exhausted having only gotten a few hours the night before having to get up at 5am to drive from Detroit.
the in room refrigerator had a high pitch buzzing sound that kept me awake most of the night ..at 6am i finally figured out how to pull it out of the cabinet and shut it off ...it was too late since i had to get up at 6:45am .....i came here for a business meeting but expect to sleep..
other than that the buffet lunch and breakfast was very good..
the staff was very courteous ...the room was clean....

Room still has stuff on the floor and the toilet was broken. The seat wouldn’t stay up and you had to hold the lever to get it to flush. The breakfast was powered eggs and the sausage was super super undercooked and still pink in the middle. Coffee was also cold and if the breakfast was free, I’d say whatever but it was $17 for cheap eggs, cheap undercooked sausage and cold coffee. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and I’m thoroughly disappointed with this hotel.
