Went there looking for a stone pipe and had to settle for glass, but I found one that works okay. This place is just like your average college campus type head shop, with incense and posters, gear and smoking accessories. I couldn't stay because the incense was overwhelming and gave me an asthma attack, even with a NIOSH mask on, so beware if you have asthma of mcas.They also carry some bulk tobacco and roll your own supplies. Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend a lot of time looking around so not sure what else is there.

So honestly I did believe that this was a pretty decent establishment regardless of the prices, however I’ve made multiple purchases here and continued to receive a veteran discount however upon entering in speaking with a young lady who claimed 2 be the assistant manager I was told that there would be no longer a veteran discount I have always make purchases upwards of $100 now all of sudden I have been told they will no longer honor the veterans discount, veterans beware this Business does not support the troops!!! Go elsewhere!

Stopped by Happy’s today for my usual! Couple cans of fuel and a new banger!! Love happy’s and the vibe the store gives when you walk inside! So cashier was very helpful and friendly she got me squared away on the new banger I wanted and the fuel. I was In With my brother and in a goofy mood because he was in town and I must have Miscommunicated to the cashier about the quantity of items I was looking for. I ended up buying my goods and as I walked to the door to leave I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for 2 bangers instead of just the 1 that I thought I asked for. Miscommunication! No big deal. I turned around and went back to ask for the refund on 1 banger. Well unfortunately the cashier and the young lady she called I believe the manager stated all that could be done was a store credit. No refund! I never even walked out of the store! I literally bought my goods took 12 steps realized it was charged more than I needed and then walked right back to the counter. I was told because I left the building or counter I couldn’t be offered a refund. Really! I ended up leaving with both bangers because I do not need ins tore credit! I have my own credit! What kind of policy is it that you can take my money but if you make a mistake and take to much you won’t refund me my money. Bad practice! Bad policy! I understand the company has to protect itself but come on I literally bought the item realized it was incorrect never left the store, I never even touched the item and yet because policy says you can’t refund me money you have to turn away the customer. This is the type of stuff that will have your sign changing from happy’s to smiley’s tobacco! I left your store with one thing in mind. Happy’s tobacco is not the place to buy your products because when they make a mistake you have to pay for it no matter what!If you want to talk with me further about this impactful experience which was recorded on your store cctv I would be more than happy to talk with the owner or manager. I doubt they will make contact but I wanted the customers to know what kind of experience they will have if they find themselves in this boat!

Absolutely horribly ran establishment. Make sure you test anything before you leave the store with it. I bought a battery for a vape which didn’t work out of the box. I tried to return and or exchange only to be told they could give me a small discount to buy another one and that they can’t return or exchange it. Directly from the owner after telling me they would contact me only to have me to return after not being contacted. Don’t sell non working items and if you do, honor your customer and exchange it with a working one. It’s not the consumers fault you stock junk.

The staff is very annoying, I was looking for a grinder and I asked a question to the employee and I said the word "bud" and she corrected me like a child. I understand the vocabulary thing in these shops, but if the herb isn't in bud form why would I want a grinder? That is litterly the point.

This is my go to place for delta 8 and incense they have a huge selection of everything definetly reommend this place. Bioncia is so sweet one of the best workers iv met there!
